Daughter of an alpha

The battle

Sara ran as fast as her legs could carry her, because if what Peter said was true, she would be late, and badly. Soon she started hearing roaring, growling and whimpering.

'What do I do?" Sara thought when she saw two wolves trying to rip eachother to pieces.

"NOOOOO!!!!" She yelled while running fastly towards the fighting wolves, but before she got any closer someone took her in thight grip. "No! Let me go! I have to get make them stop!"  She growled and tried to claw her way out.

"You can't do anything Luna." Brody said with sorry voice. "This battle was accepted by both of the alphas and it is legal. If you now go there and stop them, the Council won't take that well. You know the rules of a duel. It doesn't stop until one of them submits or dies. And if I am even close to knowing Justin, he won't submit and the Redblood pack's Alpha Aston won't submit either. Both of them are too proud to submit and the reward for winning is too big. I think their wolves are also too proud to submit." Brody finished.

"No..." Sara whisoered lowering her head. She couldn't help in anyway and Brody eased his grip, but didn't let her go.

"SARA!!" Ida suddenly yelled from behind the fighting duo, about 80 meters(about 300feet) away from them.

"Ida..." Sara whimpered, her voice barely audible. Then she her mood lifted up when she saw another familiar figure standing next to Ida.

"AUSTIN!" Sara screamed and started to squirm and move, but Brody's hold on her just tightened. Austin was trying to get past the fighters in the middle and to Sara, but Brody opened hks mouth.

"One step over that border and you called a war on you." Brody yelled.

The yell made Austin stop on his tracks and the fighting noices stop and both of the wolves turned to stare at Sara and Brody, but Sara didn't see anything else than Austin and Aston, her soulmates.

*Please Aston submit. I don't want to lose you.* Sara tried to link Aston as the first tears started rolling down her cheecks. Thunder stared at Sara with his red eyes.

*No! I refuse to give you up to that bastard with ou a fight. I won't give you to him! I won't!* Aston's angry voice said in Sara's head.

*I have and I am hoing to do it, but how it works is up to you.* Sara linked Aston. At the same time Justin saw that his opportunity to strike had came as the other alpha was focusing on something complitely else than the battle. He fastly pounced at Thunder and bit his throat. Thunder whimpered and Sara couldn't watch anymore.
"NO! ASTON! Justin, let go!" She yelled and then she used all of her power roared at Aston with her Alpha voice. "SUBMIT!" The voice didn't sound like hers, but it still held massive power behind it, and that very same power made Aston's wolf, Thunder lay on his back with his belly unprotected as a sign of submission to Justin.

Many others also lowered their heads to respect Sara. Justin removed his canines from Thunder's neck, before shifting to his human. Someone ran to him and gave him two pairs of shorts and Justin threw the other pair to Aston.

"Shift!" Justin told to his opponent and he also shifted into his human form. Sara tried to see how fatal Aston's wounds were. Deep gashes from Justin's claws were on his chest anf his left side had some pretty nasty looking bite marks. His left thigh had also gotten hit. Both of the males were covered in mud and blood.

"You can let go now. No-one is going to hurt me." Sara said calmly, even though her heart was beating so hard in her chest that it was suprising that no-one had heard her heartbeat.

"Remember which one won, eventhought the results were like this because of you." Brody whispered into her ear before letting her go and walking to the fighters. Aston didn't rise his gaze to meet Sara's eyes, like he was ashamed of what had happened during the battle and what was the result.

He lost. He had lost his and his brother's soulmate to another Alpha in a battle. He had never lost before. Austin's face was filled with two emotions. Sadness and shock.

"Back down! Redblood pack is no more welcomeb to Moonshadow pack's terrority." Justin growled at Aston who rose up with shaking legs, he gave Sara a last longing look before slowly limping to Austin and other spectators from his pack. Aston's back was also filled with claw marks and Sara shuddered. She still walked to justin and stopped few meters away (something like 10 ft) from him.

"Justin." She greeted the male in front of her confidently, without showing the nervousness bubbling in side of her. Justin stared at her with a victorious smirk, like he owned the world. "You can wipe that smirk off of your face. We both know that without me interrupting, you would have lost."

"Don't say that honey... You might break my heart. You belong to me now abd I can do what ever I want to do to you now." Justin said smugly.

"Justin." Sara started while biting her lower lip. "I have my own mate and you have yours somewhere out there..."

"No!" Justin growled while balling his fist, while biting his teeth together. "You belong to me!" Sara shook her head.

"I will never accept you. Somewhere there you have..." Sara started.

"NO!" Justin again stopped Sara with his growl. "She will never be you. I have already found her."

"What?" Sara asked, now very confused.

"I have already found her. My own soulmate." Justin maughed before continuing. "I rejected her. She wasn't you. I decided to get you and now I won you. It is legal. You belong to me." Justin told while watching Sara.

"No. I don't belong to you!" Sara growled. "How can you be such a dickhead?! What did she ever do to you? Where is she now?" Sara asked.

"She wasn't what I wanted Sara. It wasn't what I had planned, what I had decided. She was only daddy's little princess, who had been too spoiled. She wouldn't have been fit to be Luna. Not to my pack." Justin said with a smirk fit for a devil.

He looked over to somewhere behind
Sara. She turned around and saw very pale Tina looking at the ground, with tears running down her cheecks.

"Poor Tina." Sara muttered before biting her teeth together and turning to Justin, who was calling Sara to him., but Sara didn't even lean to his direction. "Justin. I already told you, many times actually. You are not my mate and I am not yours." Justin answered this with threatening growls and his eyes were turning into the typical red colour of an alpha. But Sara only took a deep breath and prepared to drop the new "bomb". A bomb that could ruin her life if she failed at her task.

*I am sorry little one.* She said in her thoughts, but forgot to close her mindlink between her and Aston.

"What?" Aston said and turned to look at Sara. She noticed her mistake and saw Aston understand something before understand her mistake, and the she saw how Aston relaised what she meant. She turned to Justin and said.

"Justin, I Sara Valta (twins' last name that moved to Sara when they mated.)  The Luna and alpha female of the Redblood Pack, chalenge you into a duel. Right now, right here."
