*~* October's POV *~*

After math I numbly shoved my stuff in my locker and quickly walked to orchestra. Dazy was already there, talking to one of her friends as I sat with my back against the wall, in the corner of the class. I didn't look up, and stared at the ground when the teacher got our attention.

"I know we aren't in choir, but the school said they wanted a duet for the talent show, and told me to pick two students. So since they left me to do that, I decided it'll be..." He looked around the room, a big finger in the air as he tried finding two certain people. "Jayden and October. You two will do the duet."

"What?!" Jayden and I asked at the same time. Some people shared an uneasy glance as Jayden turned to look at me like he was gonna rip my head off, making me stare back hard.

"I didn't stutter. Both of you will sing together. They told me to pick a song, and someone said there's both male and female parts in Deadly Weapons by Eye Set to Kill... Do you two know that song?"

I nodded and heard Jayden say, "Duh."

"Good. Start practicing. Dazy, you better make sure they practice." Dazy nodded and the teacher leaned back in his chair, laptop laying on his belly/chest. "Go ahead and do whatever you guys usually do then."

I let out a frustrated sigh and stood up. If I was gonna find out if the father really is Jayden, might as well ask him now. "Jayden, I need to talk to you." I said, trying to get his attention as he talked to one of the guys in the class. "Now."

"About what?" he asked while glaring at me.

I yanked him by his arm out to the hall. "Did you leave the party around three?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest.

"No." he said, turning to walk back inside.

"Then where were you?" I grabbed onto his sweater so he couldn't go back in.

"Are you really that blond? You wanted to show me something, so I followed you." He pulled his arm out of my grasp and went inside.

If I didn't grab onto the door, I probably would've collapsed. I told Dazy not to invite him! I grabbed my things from my locker and called Annabelle, since Chris wasn't able to pick me up today. She quickly came and got me, knowing that I was pretty ticked.

"Who is it...?" she asked.

"The arschloch I told Dazy not to invite probably is." I growled.

"Oh.." It was silent and she gave me a hug before I got out at the house. "You don't have to tell him until you're sure it's his kid."

"I know." I mumbled before getting out. I laid on the couch for an hour before getting bored. Grabbing my iPod, I zipped up my sweater and walked down to the park I met Michael at. When I got there, it surprised me to see him and a little girl playing there. "Hey Michael." I said with a small smile as I got closer.

"October! Is Jayden with you?" he asked while giving me a hug.

I shook my head and didn't say anything.

"Oh, okay.. This is my sister, Malissa. Remember when I told you guys about her?"

I nodded and looked at the little girl with a smile. "Hi, I'm October."

"I'm Malissa.." she said in a small voice while hiding behind Michael. Malissa had wavy, light brown hair, and hazel eyes like her brother, but he had darker brown hair.

"What are you two doing here? Aren't you guys supposed to be in school?"

"It got out a little bit ago. Aren't you supposed to be in school?" Michael asked.

I shrugged. "I should be, but my brother's girlfriend picked me up because someone was being a jerk, and I didn't want to deal with him."

"Told ya you two would make a good couple..." he said with a grin.

"Nuh-uh." I said while shaking my head. "If I had a choice, I'd switch schools so I don't ever have to see him, but I can't leave Dazy and my friends there."

"Who's Dazy?" Malissa asked.

"My twin." I sat down and the two sat down with me.

"Ohh that's cool... Michael, that's Julie's mom, I'm gonna be home later."

" 'Kay, make sure you're home for supper."

I watched Malissa go to her friend and her mom before looking at Michael, who was watching me. "So what do you want to do?"

He shrugged and kept watching me. "What happened between you and Jayden?"

"You can ask him what happened." I said bitterly while glaring at the sky as I fell on my back.

"Did he hurt you?"

I shrugged.

"What did you do the night he made you mad?"

"Had a party."

"Oh. Hmm are you gonna have a baby?"

Damn, the kid is smart... I nodded and he poked my side.

"Does it hurt?"

"Nuh-uh." I said. "My brother wants me to get rid of it though."

"Do you want to?"

I shrugged and stared at the sky's colors. An orange color fading into pink and a pale violet-blue color as it started getting colder. Soon it'll snow, and it'll be dark most of the time.

"Who's the dad?"

I shrugged again and Michael stood up.

"I'm gonna talk to Jayden then." he said while brushing the grass off his pants.

"You do that." I muttered.

"I gotta go, so I'll talk to him later, 'kay? l'll tell you what he says."

"Mhmm." I watched him go before turning on my iPod and closing my eyes. Next thing I knew, someone was carrying home. I was placed in my bed and it was pitch black outside and in the house. Whoever brought me home plugged in my phone which barely lit up the room, showing the person had dark hair before I fell asleep.
