In the the world of Tera, far worse of the Earth you have known, was governed by 21 of the world's worst leaders. They gathered and influenced intelligent individuals to serve for them.
They used everything in their power and money to manipulate the world like their own playhouse and people like puppets. They succeeded in their evil intentions, altered what the world think about them and even created lies to cover their true existence.
They lived in the central fortress found within Argtennia, a place were nobles and merchants lives guarded with tens of thousands of elite soldiers, and kept their secrecies and identies with them.
No one knows their real identity and plans next. They are really intelligent in planning strategic master plans that made the world bow down to them. They are the source of the evil feelings one could feel; they are ruthless, the torment to the world, hates everything, and mostly heartless that had been known throughout the world.
In a medium-size town, in the country of Jumerian Archipelago. There lived a boy of full potential that he didn't aquire when he was young. His ideas were rejected because he was just a wimp and was let downed by his parents when he addresses these ideas to them. He was isolated from the children in the neighborhood. He gave up on these and turned over a new leaf, played games and amusing stuff that pleased him. Then the World Government made a move no one ever thought they would do.
