Overhaul POV

I woke up slowly, feeling the sunlight hit my bare back through the blinds. Kuruno was next to me, sitting up. He was reading some book, I guess. I never paid attention to anything he read.

"Hari, Why didn't you wake me up..?" He smiled, and gave my head a pat.

"You had a long night, I figured I'd let you sleep in." A small smile warmed his face. It was so cute. It was truly amazing. I loved seeing Hari so happy.

He leaned over and gave my head a little kiss, putting his book down. Hari stretched, standing up.

"But, now that you're up, should we go and grab breakfast? It's Saturday, so There's no work. Rappa And Tengai already left. Maybe we could take Eri to a park, too. I think she's finally beginning to warm up to us!" He said, bouncing on his toes a little.

I knew how much Hari loved having a kid around, since we couldn't have one of our own. I also knew he had been mentally struggling the past few weeks. Hari wasn't getting enough sleep, he dragged his feet around, a sorry excuse for walking. Whenever I talked to him sternly or with any form of anger in my voice he just start bawling. I didn't know- I didn't know what I could do, though.

"Please? Pretty please, Kai? I bet she'd love meeting the other children!" The smile on his face was refreshing, after so long of being miserable, finally seeing the smile again.

"Of course, honey. I'm gonna hop into the shower, why don't you get Eri ready to go?" He nodded, scurrying off.

Chrono POV

As soon as I shut the door to me and Kai's room, I dropped the act. I knew all I had to do was make it to the main bathroom to get my anti-depressants, but I only had around twenty minutes to get Eri and I ready before he got out of the shower, and if I went into the main bathroom from Eri's room, Kai would know something was up.

I've been slowly running out of my meds, too. I haven't found a good chance to go and get them refilled, so I've been saving my last dose for when I can go outside again without raising suspicions.

I already knew Kai had seen my behavior, but I was hoping he just thought it was a sensitive patch, or something had happened with one of the bullets. I'm lucky he didn't ask. 

I don't like going into episodes, everybody is always coddling me once they figure out. Nemoto was like a brother to me, he always found out almost immediately. I always have to beg him to not tell Kai, I don't wanna feel anymore useless than I already am in bed rest. 

I walked into Eri's bedroom, smiling. She was awake, too, watching TV and waiting for one of us to come and get her,

"Mommy!" She got up, running to me. After we decided to fake being Eri's parents, Eri had given us the titles "Mommy and Daddy". I don't complain, I know I look feminine.

"Good morning baby, Mommy and daddy are gonna go out and have breakfast with you, Okay? Then we're gonna take you to the park, so pick out some play clothes, and I'll tell you if you can wear them." Eri sprung up, running to her drawers. She picked out a flowey white top and striped navy and white leggings with flowers on the knees.
