It possesses you,
It controls you,
It speaks for you,
And it lives for you.
It brings you down,
It makes life a misery,
It tries to kill you.
It is common but yet most deadly,
People don't understand,
This gives the demon more control,
It gives them power.
Depression is a demon,
It is strong,
Some not strong enough,
But some too strong.
Faith is lost,
In themselves,
In their surroundings.
Some find their faith,
They win the battle,
They win the war,
They win.
Depression is a demon,
Demons are only demons,
They are not real.
