I slept fairly well last night. I thought that being in this room would make me long for the life I had but it was the opposite.

"Yoongi-ah~!"

Huh? Who was that?

I immediately went outside my room to check what was going on.

I saw a man in front of Yoongi's door knocking.

Should I talk to him?

The man looked like he gave up and turned his back from Yoongi's room facing my direction.

Both of us backed up one step.

"Wh-who are you?" He asks me.

"I'm... uh... A-Ra. You?"

"I'm Hoseok... Uhm... Is Yoongi in that room?" he asks nervously while pointing at the direction of the room where I came from.

Did... did he just think that-

"No!" I exclaimed when I got what he meant.

I was about to say something more when Yoongi's door creaked open and its owner came out in a slow pace. His eyes were still mildly shut.

"Ughh... Too loud."

The man named Hoseok went beside Yoongi, "Hyung! Who is that girl?"

"Girl? Oh yeah... That's A-Ra. She's staying here for the awhile." Yoongi says straightforwardly while yawning.

"Hyung, aren't you going to tell me about her?" Hoseok leaned in to Yoongi's ear and whispered loudly "Is she your new girl?"

Doesn't he know that I can hear him?

Yoongi brushed him away and with a disgusted face he says, "No."

Can't he just say it more nicely?!

"A-Ra, are you done fixing your room?" Yoongi asks suddenly while busying himself in the kitchen.

"Wait, what?! She's living with you?" Hoseok's eyes looked like it was to pop out from his head when he pointed at me. "Hyung, I know you're still -"

"HOSEOK! I don't think you know what you're talking about." Yoongi stopped Hoseok mid-sentence by raising his voice.  The latter was taken aback by the former's change of tone.

"I'm sorry hyung..." Hoseok's energy quickly dropped. "I'll just go home."

"No. Please don't go just yet!" I exclaimed without really thinking making the two men look at me confused.

"Uhm... ahh... well..."

Yoongi shaked his head in disappointment while Hoseok was still waiting for me to say something.

"Yoongi, you can tell him. If he's your friend, then I can trust him too."

Yoongi dropped what he's doing and came toward me, "You sure?"

"Yeah."

"What? What?" Hoseok looks excited. His head turning to Yoongi and me.

Yoongi approached Hoseok and rests one hand to his shoulder, "Look Hoseok, if I tell you this, you must not tell anyone else, okay?"

Wide-eyed Hoseok nods.

"A-Ra came from Joseon era. She's from the past."

Hoseok laughs loudly with disbelief until it fades out to faint hesitating one, "Are you kidding me right now?"

We gave him silence as an answer.

"So you're not his girl?"

"No!" Yoongi and I reacted in unison.

"Seriously Hoseok? I just told you that she came from the past and that's your take on it?" the impatience in Yoongi's voice is quite scary but Hoseok just laughed at it.

The younger male looked at me intently from head to toe making me feel anxious.

"Hoseok, you're making her uncomfortable!" Yoongi slams the kitchen counter and took away Hoseok's gaze.

"I believe you... I mean..." Hoseok looked my way again before pointing at my direction, "look at that hair! Its so long!"

Yoongi and I were left with a puzzled face.

I wonder what is he thinking?

"Come A-Ra, I'll take you somewhere." Hoseok grabs my right wrist and looked at Yoongi, "I'll just borrow A-Ra for awhile Hyung."

Yoongi wasn't able to react as Hoseok took me away out of the house.

•Yoongi's POV•

What just happened?

Before I can even say anything, Hoseok dragged A-Ra outside my house.

I unconsiously went after them but I was too late. They already took off in Hoseok's car.

Sigh.

I know I can trust A-Ra with Hoseok but I wonder if A-Ra could be comfortable with him. Hoseok's energy could be too much sometimes.

I look at my wrist watch to check the time. Its just nine in the morning. I wonder where is he taking her?

°A few moments later°

"What's taking them long?" Its already past 2 in the afternoon.

Should I call Hoseok?

No, he'll just tell me off. I hate it whenever he calls me a grumpy grandpa.

°Another few moments later°

That's it. I have to call Hoseok now.

Its now six in the evening. I can just pretend to ask him if they're going to eat dinner at home.

Yes, that's perfectly normal, right?

I grabbed the phone and started to call Hoseok when I heard a sound of a car stopping outside my house.

I immediately ended the call just before it started to ring.

The main door opened to reveal Hoseok smiling from ear to ear. "Hyung! Did you wait too long?"

I ignored his question and wandered my eyes back to the still open door.

Where is she?

"Are you looking for A-Ra?" Hoseok asks teasingly.

"No." I gave him a cold response.

"Yikes! Its summer but I always feel like its winter when I talk to you."

"It's not that cold." I looked at the direction of the voice's owner.

It was A-Ra but she looks so different. Its just her hair and a simple make-up but she looks... so much prettier.

"Hyung. She'll melt." Hoseok whispered before passing by me, "Let's eat the chicken that we bought!"

Flustered by my friend's teasing, the only thing I can muster to say back is "Huh? What are you talking about?!"

Did I just sound defensive?

No. Of course not.
