So heres the order of the todoroki siblings from oldest to youngest.
Toya Fuyumi -ian Natsuo Shoto -reia
Notes; -The reason reia and ian had been sent away is due to people starting to find out about endeavors goals and failed children due to how many he was Having. So he sent those two away because their quirks (even if not full developed yet) seemed useless at the time.
-He sent them off to a private training school until ian could sustain to two of them as an adult.
-the school boarded children of all ages 0-18, so they stayed there year round until ian sustained them both with his job
-ian worked at an offic firm as one of the managers
-Reias hair when she was 0-6 used to be fully white with hidden red strands. Until it changed, like touyas.

Ian todoroki-
His quirk is steam, he can make steam out of his hands with his sweat. But he can quickly overheat when using it because his body cant handle it.
Very pepped up and kind, but always tired.
Reia todoroki-
Her quirk is flame, she can create flames from any part of her body and doesnt ever overheat herself. But she is very vulnerable to cold weather.
Shes a very timid girl and very nervous, but gets hot headed often.
