Eva and Neil had known each other since 5th grade but Eva had always been his crush, and now he was dying. He had been diagnosed with cancer in April and refused to stop working. When they were aat Johnnys house he was confronted by Eva about the pain killers that he was taking for the lukimia. Now he couldn't even be with her.

Evas pov
What! Eva said loud enough for everyone around her to hear. She couldn't believe it Neil had cancer , she started crying. Finally she said OK I will grant Neils final wish. As she hung up she her phone beeped. A text from Dr Paul. Of course he was her partner. Man she wished Neil was with her. The thing about Dr Paul was that he reminded Eva of her self. He was snoty and strict. When they got to Neils house he was asleep with a doctor watching over him. He was a depressing sight. All splayed out pale as a sheet, but she knew that no matter how rude he was she must give him the best life ever.
