A princess with demands

Third day

-Meliodas' POV-

I woke up in the morning, the devil no where in sight. With a small sigh, I ran to the toilet and peed. It was so close I peed my pants.

Once I was done, I relaxed as I saw that I was completely alone. I walked down the stairs to see all the sins chatting happily.

"Where's the devil in a sweet costume?" I asked. Everyone looked at me as Diane said "She's outside. Needed some air."

Nodding, I just took King's plate of food, getting a "Hey!" from him. Then I went outside too, not caring too much. As I came outside, I saw Elizabeth sitting there on the grass, so I went to sit beside her.

"Yo, Elizabeth." I said. She looked at me, apologising "I'm really sorry sir Meliodas. For everything I done to you and the other sins the past t wo days. I shouldn't have acted like I did."

"It's okay Elizabeth. It's not your fault, you're on your period. It's fine. I have gone through this with at least a 100 girls." I said.

"What?! Have you had a 100 girlfriends?! But I wanted to be your girlfriend! They shouldn't have been!" She started yelling. Then she started crying, saying "Y-ou have cheated o-o-on me! With 100 ot-oth-her girls! I thought you was nice and di-different from everb-body else, b-but you're j-just a cheater!"

"El-" She cut me off by breaking down crying, laying down on the ground while kicking and punching the ground.

Now she's all moody too. God, what I hate mood swings.

"AHHHHH! I HATE YOU! I LOVE YOU, BUT YOU MADE ME HATE YOU! YOU BROKE MY HEART! AHHHHH!" She yelled and then all the sins ran out.

"Captain? What did you do now?" King asked. I sighed and said "Nothing."

"YOU KILLED MY FEELINGS! YOU BROKE MY HEART INTO A 1000 PIECES!" Elizabeth yelled, not making the situation better. The yelling soon turned to sobbing as she cried her eyes dry.

Sometimes, I really wish I was emotionless.

"You know what Elizabeth?" I asked. She stopped everything and looked at me, asking "Huh?"

Everyone else also looked at me as I said "I'm done with this shit. Don't talk to me until you have turned to normal again."

Then I walked back into the boar hat.

-Diane's POV-

Wow, Elizabeth really must have pissed the Captain off now.

"Meliodas! Noooooo! I'm sorry! Please come back! Ughhh! Please! I'm so so sorry!" Elizabeth started crying even more.

What's wrong with Elizabeth? Why is she like this?

"Elizabeth? Can I talk to you?" I asked. She immediately looked at me with a smile and said "Sure Diane!"

Then she stood up and went inside the boar hat with us others following. Me and Elizabeth went upstairs to Ban's room to talk.

"What's wrong with you Elizabeth? What have made you like this?" I asked. Then she blushed really hard before she said "I-I'm o-on my first week."

"What?"

"Y-you know, m-my first period." She answered, making me even more confused.

"What are you talking about?" I asked. Looking confused herself, she asked "Doesn't giants have periods? W-when you bleed from... well..."

"Oh, I have read about that! No, we don't have that, but I didn't know it would be like this. Are you okay?" I asked. She nodded, whispering "But now I'm scared I pissed sir Meliodas off. What if he thinks I'm annoying and... and- he will never love me back after this!"

"It's okay. You have the whole day to apologise. He will forgive you, no doubt." I said. She nodded and hugged me.

"Thank you Diane!" She said, making me hug her back and say "It's okay. Now go and try to apologise."

She nodded and we both went downstairs, just to see the tavern open.

"You took your time! Now try to stay calm and get to work." The Captain said, giving someone their order. We nodded and immediately went to work.

After a while of witnessing the tavern and seeing the Captain struggle with Elizabeth, it was starting to get dark and we closed the place.

"I'm going to sleep. See ya." The Captain said. We all nodded and as soon as the Captain was upstairs, Ban said "I will drink all the ale!"

No answer from the Captain, so he continued with "I take your silence as a yes!"

Then Ban started drinking all kinds of ale. Before I knew it, it was only me and Elizabeth awake in the tavern as the sun have gone down.

"D-Diane? Can I talk to you?"

"Sure thing! It have been a while we had a long good girl talk!" I answered, walking outside. Elizabeth followed close behind me as we sat down in the grass of the tavern.

"W-well, y-you see. I-I-"

"Is it about the Captain?" I cut her off. She nodded slowly, saying "I think he really hates me. He ignored me the whole time being in the tavern."

"Elizabeth, actually, he was trying to talk to you every now and then, but you just ignored what he said." I argued.

"That's not true! He's the one ignoring me! Do you know how hard it is bleeding the whole time and being this emotional?! He is the one trying to irritate me by coming the wrong times and when I feel like it, he just go off and do other things!" She spoke.

"Elizabeth, it feels like you are the one being stubborn and actually arguing. I saw the Captain try to apologise to you, but you just walked off all the time." I stated.

"No! He did it on purpose! He walked up to me at tbe wrong times on purpose and then he just ignored me!"

"I'm sorry Elizabeth, but I'm on the Captain's side on this. Right now, you are the one being the impossible."

That's when she started crying, saying "I don't want to talk anymore, I'm going to bed."

"Night then." I mumbled as the door slammed close.
