Chaeyoung considered hanging up and blocking this number, but knew Mina would still try again and again to contact her.

"What do you want? Why can't you just leave me alone?" Chaeyoung said, trying her best to hide the rising emotions from showing through her voice.

"I just wanted to apologize for what happened earlier today." Mina said. "I could tell how uncomfortable you were and I felt at fault for it."

Chaeyoung's blood boiled more after hearing Mina's apology. She hated how genuine, respectful and kind Mina was. She hated how Mina went back to thinking everything was normal like she didn't just get her heart broken.

She hated the guilty feeling she felt everytime she interacted with Mina. She knew she was at fault for their broken relationship and she hated how Mina never showed even a hint of hatred towards her.

"You already apologized and I forgave you. Why are you apologizing a second time?"

"It's because I felt at fault. You were working so hard and was probably already having a bad day, and it became even worse when I came along. I know how much you hate me, and seeing me there didn't make things any better. I should've done more research on the café before going in."

"Jesus Christ CAN YOU JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP?" Chaeyoung said, unable to control her emotions any longer. "Stop acting like everything is your fucking fault! This is one of the reasons why I broke up with you. You're such a fucking push over."

The other line was silent for what felt like a year, before Mina finally spoke up "...I'm sorry?"

Chaeyoung sighed. "So you're just never going to let this go are you? You're going to let this little mistake take over your life and stay with you until you die?"

Mina nodded before realizing the other girl couldn't see her, "Well yeah, this whole mess is my fault."

Chaeyoung couldn't believe the older girls mindset. "You know what, Mina." She said before quickly thinking something up(which she would quickly regret later on) "How about we meet up at that same café and talk face to face about this whole situation. That way you'd see how much I forgive you and you'd feel less guilty, or maybe, if I'm lucky, not guilty at all."

Chaeyoung could practically hear Mina's shock at the random and unpredicted offer Chaeyoung was willing to do. She immediately said yes and Chaeyoung could finally hang up.

Only a few minutes passed since the call and Chaeyoung was currently screaming into her pillow.

"Fuck, fuck FUCK. Why did I have to say that? I could've just let her live the rest of her life in guilt. Why did I just have to come in and save the day like fucking spiderman?"

After a minute of scolding herself. Chaeyoung just decided to go to watch some movies and worry about her meeting with Mina tomorrow.
