Coraline Part 5

Tonys POV:I've been thinking about the mouse that came under my bed, when my parents were getting ready for bed I snuck in the kitchen and got some cheese to see if the mouse would come again. When I was out of cheese I set down the little me and climbed into my bed to see what would happen. And I was correct...

In the middle of the night, I heard my door crack open a little, I knew what that meant, the mouse had came back. I peaked from under my blanket and saw the mouse came back and was already eating the cheese I left it. But since the cheese was pretty small the mouse finished it quickly and ran away. But I didn't let him run away, I rushed out my bed not bringing my blanket like last night and followed the mouse, it ran the same dictation in the house like last time, to the small door behind the wall paper. But as I got closer to keeping up with the mouse, I saw there were other mice running along with the mouse, they all ran inside the door all at once.

I opened the door and saw what was expected, the glowing bright tunnel. I smiled at the results and crawled inside, hopefully I can get used to Xavier and Mayas eyes, well, we all have our differences anyways. When I finally got to the end of the tunnel I got inside Xaviers treehouse, I saw he made some food like last time."Welcome back, darling!"Xavier greeted, "hi..."I shyly said walking towards Xavier, I didn't even know why I was so shy, guess it's because it's only my second time here. "It's so thoughtful of you to send this nice cheddar, Tony"Xavier thanked.

I did a confused look at what Xavier said, I looked closer and saw that the mice must've chosen not to eat the cheese I left but gave it to Xavier, he was grating the cheese for some food he was making. "Oh...My mice bait..."I mumbled understanding what he said, "Would you go fetch Maya? I bet she's hungry as a pumpkin by now..."Xavier requested, "You mean, Maya? My second other friend?"I asked, "Your better friend, she's out in her garden"Xavier said. "But, Jason and Boris don't have time to garden-"I tried to say but Xavier opened his mouth, "Hush hush!"Xavier said booping my nose then reached and popped some food in my mouth, how was his cooking so great?! Xavier smiled and gave me another, "Go on"Xavier smiled once again. Wonder if his cheeks hurt since he was always grinning. Hopefully he doesn't smile at the wrong time.

I climbed out the treehouse and went to go find Maya like Xavier had requested. I looked even more for the garden and saw a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants, I opened the gate in front of the garden. I looked around trying not to step on anything. Once I step foot into the garden, everything started to glow beautifully, the flowers were blooming, butterflies and humming birds started flying around the aesthetic garden. But when a flower bloomed a frog popped out, I saw that even it had button eyes. But who cared? This place was amazing, I was barely startled by the frog I just laughed it off and continued to walk around the garden to find Maya.

As I was exploring the garden, I saw Maya on a giant fake bug that walked her through the garden. "Hey!"Maya greeted me, "I love your garden!"I complimented, hope she heard me. "Our garden, Tony!"Maya corrected riding on her fake bug ride. Maya began riding her fake bug towards me. I felt something kiss my ankles, I looked down and saw it was Mayas flowers from the garden kissing my ankles. "Hey! Quit that! That tickles!"I laughed loudly as the flowers were still kissing my ankles, but I just ended up falling over and the flowers were still tickling me. Maya chuckled and rode her fake bug towards me, "*Chuckles* Boy in distress!"Maya joked and pulled out a flower shaped trumpet and started to blow into it, making some music.

"Tickle no more, you dragon snappers"Maya said cutting the flowers that were tickling me. Maya put the dragon flowers in a briquet and handed them to me. I got up and looked at the flowers Maya gave me, guess I thought wrong about her. She's actually pretty sweet, even with her buttons eyes. "Well, Xavier said that the food was ready"I said, Maya smiled and helped me on her fake bug ride. "Hop on, kiddo, I want to show you something"Maya said. Show me what? More of her garden?
