Okayyy SUPER HAPPY you lot want me to write more and sorry this chapter is so small, promise things might (or not) get better in the next chapter love you all! ;)
Tori
"Tori! Tori!" Jade was running to me but couldn't seem to come any closer. As if I were moving away from her. "Jade! I can't get to you! It won't let me!" I yell after her trying to run toward her.
"Tori? Victoria Vega, you there?!?" A hand waved in my face. "que- oh si, estoy aqui" (what- oh yes, I'm here) "good- ¿Estas bien?" (Are you ok?) "your all sweaty" she said, half in Spanish- I couldn't understand the rest.
"Si, solo ... un mal sueño es todo" (yes, just... a bad dream is all) jade left for a minute then came back with a cold rag. She placed it on my head carefully as I slightly winced in shock.
"You seem alright- I'll talk with you Mañana Tori" she said as she walked out of the bedroom door, leaving me in a weirdly over comfortable king bed by myself to think of what she just said.
All I heard was Mañana and tori- guessing she'll be back to check on me in the morning? But there's still one more question...
What was my dream about?
Why was I running to jade but not getting any closer?
Why couldn't I get to her?
What does it mean?
These questions run through my head for another hour before I finally call it a night- at four in the morning.

I woke up feeling a bit better and realized how good I slept. Despite the dream- or nightmare, I felt good."buenos dias jade, dormí bien ¿Tuviste?" (good morning jade, I slept well, did you?) I asked jade as I walked into the big and nicely decorated living room of the house. "Si tori" jade plainly said as she cut something with her scissors.
"que estas cortando" (what are you cutting?) I ask. She looked up at me confused, obviously not knowing what I said. I pointed to the scissors and then to what she was holding in her hand- it looked like clay.
"un calcetín" (a sock) she said nonchalantly. I just nod in response and sat next to her.
It was my third day here and I had gotten a bit used to jade, almost as if I knew her. But why? This of all other questions lingered in my mind every waking second of every day.
That and why she treated me so well- almost as if she loved me when I barely knew her. We never really talked since we preferred to be silent other than constantly type into a device just to translate.
Jade knew little Spanish but she tried to understand me, just like I tried to understand her. From what I remember- I just moved to LA from Puerto Rico a half a year ago, but how the hell did I get to Hawaii?
Jade looked up from her scissors and sock then looked to me. My head went in the direction of hers and our eyes met. "Keep staring and you'll lose an eye babydoll" she smirked as I realized I was staring.
"Babydoll" I repeated "babydoll..." I whispered over and over in my mind. It wrung a bell I didn't know I had. Where did I hear it? Why is it so... familiar?
Jade
I woke up, started after hearing a head hurdling scream- surely half of the Atlantic had heard it. I brushed my fly away hair out of my face as I came too and got out of bed. It was about three and I wanted to see what just screamed.
I walked down the hall to Toris room to check on her. Just as I suspect she was awake too, and sweaty. She told me she had a bad dream- I chose to assume she had screamed.
I left the room and went back to bed thinking of when I'm gonna tell her everything. I don't know if she'll be able to handle knowing everything. I mean she doesn't even remember any of her friends or me or-
Her talent...
That's it! I could try to get her memory back by showing her something from now! But what should I show her? Maybe I could get Andre to sing make it shine with her again- but then I'll have to teach her the lyrics!
Maybe I could just get him to play the chorus? She might remember then.
I hope it works- if I lose tori because of this malfunction I don't know what I'll do. I don't even know what it was caused by, I just want to help her.
