The scarf

MIKASA POV:

I woke up next morning and saw myself snuggled upto Eren. His arms wrapped around my waist and he was still sleeping. I tried to get up but he tightened his grip around my waist. When i failed to get out of his grip i laid myself back in his arms. It was weird that I wasn't feeling awkward around him.

After staying like this for a few minutes Eren opened his eyes. He loosened his grip and i successfully got out from his arrms. He then noticed me what happened last night and his cheeks were deep red. I chuckled seeing him like this. " I am sorry about what happened. " He said to me his cheeks still red. "No..its okay." I assured him. I then went to bathroom and took a shower when i was done with my shower i noticed that i don't have my clothes that i was going to wear after the shower. "Great Mikasa...its gonna be so awkward." I mumbled to myself. I took a towel and wrapped it around me. I then got out of the bathroom thinking Eren wasn't in the room but to my surprise he was sitting on the bed. I looked at him and my cheeks were bright red as well as Eren's. " Oh sorry... I should get out." Eren said and made his way out to the room. I sighed in relief but realized that my clothes are not in his room. I then went to his closet and decided to borrow his clothes. I picked up some clothes and wore them. "Okay you can come inside." I said loud enough for Eren to hear me. He then came inside the room and saw me in shock. "What?" I asked. "The--these are m--my clothes" he pointed to the clothes i was wearing. "Oh--- well i didn't had my clothes in your room so i decided to borrow some of yours." I said. He nodded in reply. "Okay these are quite big for you but you look---- cute i guess." He said. I started blushing really hard. "Okay...you go to our parents and join them for breakfast. Till then i will take a bath and join you shortly." He said and i did as he said and went to our parents and joined them for breakfast. When my parents noticed my clothes. They both looked at me with shock. "Mikasa why are you wearing the prince's clothes." My mother i asked. "Well because someone last night made me sleep in the prince's room and that person was in so hurry that she didn't let me pick some of my clothes. " I said pointing to my mother. "Okay..okay sorry." My mother said. "What are you guys talking about ?" A voice came from the entrance of the hall room. We all looked towards the entrance and saw Eren aproaching towards the table and joined us. He sat beside me.

We then ate our breakfast and talked about something. As we finished our breakfast Eren's father said " Eren why don't you go and gave Mikasa a visit to kingdom" . Eren nodded in reply.

Soon me and Eren went towards the castle's stable. "So tell me princess do you know how to ride a horse?" Eren asked me. I shook my head in reply. "Wait.. you don't know how to...well then i'll teach you someday." He said with a smile on his face. "Well till then we have to share the same horse." He said. I nodded in reply. He then took out a white horse which was the most beautiful horse i've ever seen in world. He then first helped me to get up on the horse and after i sat on the horse he also sat up on the horse. He was sitting behind me. We then went outside the castle with royal guard around us.

As we were roaming around the city. I noticed some kids picking up on a kid. They all looks about the age of 5 to 6. Eren seemed to noticed it too because he fastens his horse towards those kids. As we reached there. He quickly jumped of the horse and went near those kids and yelled at the bullies. The bullies then ran as fast as they can. Eren then made his way to the kid and helped him get up. " Are you okay?" Eren asked the kid. The kid nodded in reply. "Ok... Where does your parents live?" Eren asked. He told them where does his parents live and it wasn't far. It was just 50 meters away. He then hold the kid hand and walked him to his house. I was impressed by his behaviour, i mean not every prince care like this about their kingdom. He is very kind and caring.

It was getting dark now and we decided to go back to castle but as we were making our way back to the castle . Eren tricked the guards and went somewhere else with me. We stopped near a hill and at the top of the hill was beautiful tree. Eren jumped of the horse and helped me get down too. He then took my hand and ran up the hill . The hill wasn't big and soon we reached at the top of it. As we made our way to the top i looked at the sky and my eyes widened. It was the most beautiful view i have ever seen. "Beautiful isn't?" Eren asked. "Yeah" i said. I started feeling a little cold but eren did something surprising. He took off his scarf and wrapped it around me. "Is it warm?" He asked . "Yes ... Thank you Eren." I said. We stayed there for some time and then Eren suggested that we should go back home.

As we were making our way home. I felt a bit tired and i leaned my back against Eren chest and slept in his arms till the rest of the ride.
