Chapter 4

Katie's P.O.V-
As soon as we got into my room, my phone started ringing, I answered it and my mum said "Katie, I need you to come home, because you need to pack your suitcase" I was shocked but then said "Pack my suitcase? Why, where we going?"
"You mean where you're going...just come home and I'll explain" I declined it and started crying. Charlie came up behind me and hugged me around my waist and whispered in my ear "It's okay princess" and I said "Thankyou Charlie, but I really need to go home will you come with me?" And Charlie nodded so we walked downstairs and Blair said "Where you going, Charlie?" and he said "Just to Katie's house" and Blair replied "Oh no your not, not with you and leo falling out like this, imagine what this could do to your friendship and it will destroy it and you remember the deal?" Charlie laughed sarcastically and added "What friendship? Sorry Blair but he's ruined it all and Katie's important to me more than anyone else and the deals off" and I interrupted saying "Is it ok if I talk to Charlie in private, Blair?" And he nodded and left the room but Leondre just sat there, still, scanning through his phone and I said "I said in private!" Leondre got up and walked out the room and slammed the door shut.
"Charlie, maybe Blair's right, you and Leo are arguing because of me, I'm so sorry but I've got to go home, alone, I'll text you" and I hugged Charlie and he kissed me on my forehead and said "Okay princess" and I hugged him again but this time whispered in his ear saying "I love you Charlie" and he replied saying "I love you too Katie"

"MUMMMMM!!!!!" I shouted as soon as I got in "Katie you're home" my mum said as she walked out the kitchen and she added "I'm sorry but your dad has been offered a job in Newcastle and he really needs the money so he's accepted the offer!" I started crying and angrily said "Newcastle?Why Newcastle? I love it here in Bristol, it's where I've lived since childhood and why are you doing this to me and can't I stay here with you? Why do I have to go with dad?" And with that, I ran up the stairs and shut my bedroom door, I started packing since I had no choice but to leave. I rang Charlie as soon as I finished but heard footsteps coming up the stairs so I walked out the room, still trying to connect to Charlie and my dad came around the corner of the stair case and I hung up and hugged him then he said "You better not have a boyfriend missus, not at this age anyway" and I rolled my eyes and said "Dad I'm 15, and I haven't got a boyfriend" and he looked at me suspiciously and said "What about that lad with the erm, blonde hair?" And I started laughing and said "Charlie? Dad he's my best friend, not my boyfriend, anyways I know you haven't come here to teach me a lesson about boys, what brings you here, wait I know why you're here is it because we're moving to Newcastle?"
"So I see your mum has already told you about that" and I nodded and trying to hold back my tears. I then said "Dad since I've done my packing, can I go to Charlie's house as I wanna spend my last days here with him?" And he nodded and said "See you soon and I'll pick you up as we are going for a meal together" I went back into my room to get changed, I decided to wear something nice because we was going to a restaurant after Charlie's house so I wore my black and blue dress,the top half was black and the bottom half was blue(shown in image above)and also my converse and chucked my heels into  dads car, I applied a little makeup and straightened my hair. I texted Charlie to let him know I was coming. (Hi Charls, I'm coming over as I know what's going on, I'll explain as soon as I get there love you😘xxxxxx)

While I was walking down Charlie's road my phone vibrated in my pocket, I got it out and it was a text from Charlie, It read- 'Hi beautiful, quick just about to play GTA😂 love you too princess😘xxxxxxx'
When I got to the door, I knocked on it and Leondre opened it and he said "Charlie's upstairs" and he held the door open for me and I ran straight upstairs. I walked into Charlie's room and he was playing on his PlayStation and I said "So I see I'm just in time for GTA" and he got up and I ran over to him and hugged him so tightly, he spun me round and he said "Wow, you look beautiful, but what'd your mum say?" And I said "Charlie" but before I could tell him I heard a knock on the door and Leondre walked in "Katie, can I please talk to you?" I turned to Charlie and he nodded "Yeah whatever but you better make it quick" Charlie walked out of the room.
I sat down on the bed and Leondre said
"Katie, please forgive me, I understand if you don't want to be my girlfriend anymore, but I do want to clear the air with you before you go to Newcastle" and I interrupted him saying
"Newcastle? How'd you know I'm going Newcastle?" Leondre replied
"Your mum told me, since she thought we were still going out, anyways can we at least be friends?" I looked at Leondre and said
"Yeah but I don't know if I can trust you, maybe but can I talk to you later because I really need to tell Charlie about me moving to Newcastle, please don't say anything Leo" and Leondre looked at me and smiled and said
"Thanks" I hugged him and said
"Leo I'm not that kind of person who would hurt someone, anyways forgive and forget and life's to short to hold grudges?" And Leondre nodded and said
"Katie, I'm sorry for everything" I shook my head and said
"Listen, Leo do you really want to argue, that's it! Stop saying sorry as I've already forgiven you" he walked out of the door and Charlie walked in and I said "Charlie, do you want to go to the park?" He nodded and grabbed his coat and I put a black blazer on.

When we arrived I looked at Charlie and said "Charlie, I need to tell you something" he looked at me and said "What is it, princess? Leo isn't bothering you is he?" And I interrupted him saying "No Charlie, but erm, I'm moving to Newcastle" and as soon as I said this tears just rolled down my cheeks and Charlie said "Why didn't you tell me Katie?" And I looked up at him and realised that he was crying, and said "Charlie, I was about to as soon as I got in, but Leondre came to talk to me he said that he wants to clear the air before I head to Newcastle" Charlie just stared at me and said "So you told Leondre and not me!" And he walked off and ran, I followed but as soon as I crossed the road.....BANG! My vision was blurred and slowly everything became black!
