"Uraraka, how are you feeling?"
Uraraka looked up from her phone, "O-oh! I'm doing well. My head doesn't hurt that much anymore."
"That's good." Izuku sometimes gets hung up on the fact that in the end, Mikumo's still the bad guy. He hurt people, he hurt his friends, he's killed, people. He dislikes the fact that he has such a forgiving nature. He doesn't hate the people who hurt him in middle school and he doesn't hate Kacchan. He's forgiven them a while ago, it's no use hanging on to those negative feelings,
"How about you? How are you feeling?"
Izuku thought about it. How was he doing? How does he describe what he's feeling at the moment?
"I don't know. I've been thinking a lot."
"Oh? Like what?"
Izuku didn't know how to answer that question. There were so many thoughts running through his head. He had no idea what to do about his entire quirkless situation. All might hasn't spoken to him about it since he came back. He's seen Mirio working on One for All with All might and he easily got the hang of it, and overall, Izuku had no idea how to feel. Maybe he'll leave U.A and just go to a regular school after this year, "Ah, just, getting my grades up again." Right, he'd need to do that if he wanted his credits to transfer properly so he could get into another school.
They sat in the common room in silence. Uraraka looked as if she had something on her mind and hesitated to speak, "H-hey Deku?"
"Yeah?"
"I know you said you were fine and your physical condition seems to have gotten better but is there something wrong? I notice you don't participate in some activities anymore and a lot of us are noticing you don't really have that passion as you did at the beginning of the year anymore." She addressed her concerns and looked at him straight in the eye. Izuku panicked a little but he knew they'd catch on sooner or later and he knew that he was still in the Hero course and now he can't really do anything. He knew he was very strong in terms of physical strength but how far would that take him and what use would he be in the front lines of very serious situations if he could only lift a few heavy things. If anything, he'd be fit for the support course but he was feeling a little down now, so he'd take some time to consider it,
"O-oh. Well, to be honest with you, I'm having troubles with my quirk."
Uraraka's eyes widened, "Oh no! That's not good but I'm sure it'll get better soon though. I know when I catch a cold my quirk goes crazy so I'm sure it's like that right? Since you've been sickly this past month I'm sure once you recover, it'll start working properly again." She smiled as if trying to reassure him everything was going to go back to normal but with all that's happened he knew nothing could really be labelled as normal anymore.
"Midoriya! Uraraka!"
Kaminari came running towards the two, followed by Todoroki and he slung an arm over Uraraka's shoulder, "Hey, why don't you two come with me and the others? We're going to this one food place that has amazing food! I'm sure it'll cure whatever kind of injury or sickness you guys have!"
Uraraka laughed, "Sure, I'll go. What about you, Deku?"
"Sure. It's been a while since I've spent time with you guys."
They all got ready and Izuku threw on a warm hoodie and Kaminari, Kirishima, Sero, Uraraka, Todoroki, Mina and him went to town to the restaurant they mentioned.
"Man, I'm hungry! Sero, you're paying right?" Kaminari exclaimed as the food came to the table, "I thought we agreed on splitting the bill."
"Oh no! I forgot my wallet what a shame!"
