We just arrived in California at our hotel. Our plans for tonight were to unpack and get food for us to eat all week. Of course, we had to get mainly healthy food. My parents were one of those healthy freaks, that have to exercise and eat healthy every single day. Our hotel is called "Arrival". We got all of our things unpacked. We all had four suitcases each! Well, i mean i guess thats not a lot since we are planning on staying between two to three weeks.
We went up to get our room, the man at the desk said, "What can i help you with?"
"We need to get our room." my mom answered.
"What is the name that the reservation is under?" The man said.
"Anderson." My mom answered.
"First name?" The man asked.
"Molly or Joel." Mom replied.
"Okay here are your keys and your room is on the twelve floor, and the room number is 12098." The man said.
"Thank you." We all said in unison.
"Your welcome." all the people working at the desk tried to say in unison.
We walked to the elevator, and waited for it to open. After about four minutes, the doors flooded out with people. We waited patiently for everyone to get off, so that we could get on. It felt like a river wall just collapsed, and it was raining, so water kept coming and never stopped. i kept on telling myself to keep calm and be patient. After what felt like a hour, we finally go to the elevator.
"What floor were we on?" My mom asked.
"Twelve." My dad replied.
"Okay thanks sweetie." Mom said pushing the button with her hand in her sleeve like a germophobe. We quietly rode up the elevator, because there was another family on the elevator with us. They were also going to the twelfth floor. They had four boys and three girls. There was two of the kids that looked my age, and i think that they were twins. They looked exactly alike, but they were a different gender.
When the elevator came to a stop, we let the other family get off. by the way Kaya is 12, Leah is 13, Natalie is 13, Jermiah is 13, and Chandler is 12. none of us are twins, or even close to look like, but we all turned out to be around the same age. believe me when i say, i do not know how in the crap she managed that, our family is complicated.
