peter and i were sat in biology when the principle came into the class and said "does anyone in this class want to sign up to try get the stark internship in order to sign up you need to complete a test in which the questions will be what you are expected to be able to answer for the job" peter and i look at each other and smirk as our hands shoot up along with flashes "you two may as well not try because we all know im going to get the job" flash whispered to us "ok you three come with me" the princaple told us after writing on his clip board

we followed him into a room where we were sat in seats separated from one another "ok so on this test you will have one question to answer in ten minutes good luck and you can begin ...now" with that i turn over my paper and see the question is the simplest thing ever it was a question based of the collatz conjecture i finish my question in under two minutes and raise my had "im done sir" the principle looks at me shocked but collects my paper anyway i look over to peter to see him scribbling away not looking two confused i look at flash to see him look like the paper has three heads.

Peters pov
i just finished my question when the time was up so i handed my paper up and looked at Lyric with a thumbs up she returned my gesture and we both giggled "im not done yet" flash said as he grabbed his paper back off the principal "flash you didnt answer the question in time you are dismissed" the principal told him "whatever the job is stupid anayway" flash said before leaving the room "ok peter lyric come up here and we can correct your papers" we both complied and went up to the desk "ok peter first" he mumbled before pulling out the answer sheet "your going to do great" lyric wispered in my ear once she saw how nervous i was i smile gratefully at her and just wait "and mr parker your grade is... 100% good job yor eligible for the internship now lyric im a little sceptical on yours seeing how quick you had it done but well see" i look over at lyric and i can tell she is nervous but it doesn't show on her face so i grab her had in a form of comfort she smile at me before concentrating back on the principle "oh well looks like you got 100% too good job you are both eligible for the internship ill sign you both up now go back to class" "yes sir thank you sir" we both say in unison "i say this calls for ice cream my treat?" i ask her "when have i ever turned down the offer of free ice cream at that i chuckle and we go back to class

*time skip*

Lyrics pov
the bell rings dismissing us for the day and me and peter head down to the ice cream parlour like we do every day after school when we dont patrol we get our ice cream and i got strawberry because  its superior to any other flavour "do you think we should tell ms. spider and mr. birdman" peter asks "we so should" i reply and we both whip out our phones to text them

ya we had ten minutes to finish our question i took the whole ten minutes and lyric only took under TWO MINUTES  isnt that crazy
