DL Chapter 12

Y/n POV,
"Don't lose Y/n." Shu said.
"I will try my best." I replied with a soft smile.
"Why did you chose not to wear mask?" He asked while crossing his arms. I looked down.
"I don't want to forget about my past." I whispered, he sighed and lift my face.
"Fine. I won't mind that." He said before kissing my lips. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. After 5 seconds he pull back. "Good luck Y/n." He said gave me a quick peak.
"Thanks. I should get going." I said and he nodded.
"I love you sweetheart." He whispered but enough for me to hear. Looks like Shu is still alive inside me.
"Me too snowflake." I replied and walked away. A tear rolled down my cheek. I quickly wiped it off.

"Welcome to the national stadium. Today we are going watch a very interesting match. Valt Aoi VS Y/n Aoi. On the red side is Valt and om the blue side is Y/n."

I walked towards each other.
"It's has been a while Y/n." He said. I bit my lip trying to hold back my emotions. I just want to hug him. But I can't, Snake Pit told me not to. I took a deep breath and then exhale it.
"I will smash your bey into pieces, watch out." I said with an arrogant voice but deep inside I was hurr by seeing Valt's reaction. His brown eyes, looked like he was about to cry.
"I am sorry." I murmured very quietly.
"Check each other's bey." The referee said and we exchanged the beys.
"Valkyrie, attack type. Uh, it doesn't look same as it used to do. So, Valt updated his bey. Kay. But I will win. I am sorry brother and Valkyrie. I will tell you my plan."
"Now return the bey back and take your positions." We did. Valt and I made eye contact while returning the beys.
"What happened to you Y/n?" He asked in mind. Twin telepathy.
"I am sorry Valt. I am forced to do. Meet me at the backstage after the match I will tell you everything." I replied back. He nodded. We took our positions.

"Ready. 3... 2... 1..."
"LET IT RIP!" We launched our beys.

After the match,
"The winner is Valt." The referee said as I picked my bey. (A/n - I myself was confused, who should win. Atlast I made Valt.)
"Nice play Y/n." Valt said in my mind.
"You too." I replied and we smiled at each other. After that I went to the back stage. There I met Valt.

"Now mind explaining me?" I rolled my eyes and threw him a hug and he hugged me back.
"Yeah. So, what to say. I know where Shu is." His eyes widen.
"Wh--". I cut him by putting my hand on his mouth.
"Don't yell, you stupid!" I whisper yelled at him. He nodded.
"So where is he?"
"In the snake pit and Red Eye is Shu."
