Hajime POV

I was sat down at the dinner table. My sister, Chiaki, to my right and my brother, Izuru, to my left. At the head of the table was my father. Well my half father. He was Chiaki's birth father and my and Izuru's half father. It was a pretty self-explanatory thing.

I heard my mother clear her throat "Soo.. as you may know we are going to be going to a neighboring kingdom! Isn't that exciting?" My brother looked at my mother and then at me "I'm not so sure Hajime is so on board with this idea as you and father."

I mean.. Izuru was right that I wasn't on board with this idea. If you were in my shoes you emotionless prick you would know exactly why I don't want to go! At least you knew who you were going to get married to for at least a year! I just found out yesterday!

I let out a deep sigh "Izuru, riddle me this BiTCH!- (Jk- I mean unless~)

I stood up "If you don't mind I'm going to excuse myself." I walked out of the room. I knew someone followed me. Well more like Chiaki followed me. She always knew when I was bottling up emotions. I mean we basically knew each other since we were kids! Of coarse she would know me better than anyone else.

I sat down in the library. It was one of the few places that made me actually happy. Chiaki caught up and sat next to me "Hajime.. do you want to tell me why you're so upset? Maybe it'll help you let off some steam" I smiled at her. "Yeah that would be nice"

I took in a deep breath "Well.. I suppose I'm upset because I'm marrying a person I've never met before. What's even worse is that I only found out yesterday and the wedding or whatever will be a good month after we arrive in their kingdom! And they act like I won't be mad about it! I'm still learning how to do things! What makes them think I'm ready for marriage!?"

I continued going on about everything that was making me upset. Chiaki would nod and comfort me with every other thing I said. Holding my hand and rubbing it and rubbing circles on my back. I had barely even noticed the fact that the day had gone by so quickly.

Chiaki had stood up "Hajime? How about we go to sleep. We do have to leave tomorrow.." I nodded my head "Yeah that's a good idea.." I followed Chiaki to our rooms that were side by side.

We said goodnight and went our separate ways into our rooms. Once in my room I felt my eyelids get heavy. I changed and went to sleep. The last thing I saw that night was the full moon that lit up the starry night sky. It was beautiful
