MATED TO THE ALPHA

Chapter Three

Chris POV

Marianna was told to choose who would flog her between Brenda, i and a man who was out for revenge for how she embarrassed him years ago which was Leo by name.

She chose me and at that moment i felt like a heavy cross has been placed on me i didn't have the heart to flog her although i have been maltreating her and put her into this mess, i was told to give her 50 strokes by the Alpha.

After the flogging session had ended, the pack nurse was told to take care of Marianna's wounds that were all over her back because of me but what could i do to stop it, i was only following orders although i feel regretful for what happened.

Heading towards the Alpha's office i saw Marianna i gave her an apologetic look for what i did but she just ignored and entered her room closing the door behind her.

I sighed and continued my way to the Alpha's office. I knocked and heard him say

"Come in"

I entered and he was surprised to see me because he didn't send for me

"What brings u to my office Chris, is there any problem?" he said staring down at the documents he was reading

I hesitated a moment thinking whether to say what i had in my mind or keep quiet and say something else

I decided to talk

"Alpha there is no problem but i want to have a talk with you"

"Ok have a seat"

I sat down on the chair opposite the Alpha

I cleared my throat and asked a question which i realized was stupid but it was for the best

"Alpha are u in a good mood or a bad mood"

The Alpha looked up at me wondering if i was high but he just said

"When we are in the office call me Ben we are clearly friends and yes i'm in a good mood, why do u ask?"

"Nothing just asking"

I started to go straight to the point  not wasting any more time

"Ben i think.... I was interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Come in" the Alpha said

Turning to see who was at the door i saw Roman on of Ben's trusted men

He entered the office

"Sorry to disturb you Alpha but we have a problem"

"Roman what is the problem?"

"At the border 10 rogues were spotted attacking and killing our men including Eris, James, Jack, Kelvin and Ken and a few others but James, Jack and Ken were killed while Eris and Kelvin survived but with lots of injuries right now they are at the pack hospital receiving treatment. We managed to capture five rogues and they are at the dark cell with chains on in the basement".

I was shocked at what Roman said. There were many things going through my mind, how did rogues enter the border? why weren't they spotted earlier before any attacks happened?how could they cover their scent?how did three strong men in the pack get killed by rogues?..

My thoughts were interrupted by the Alpha's angry voice

"Why the hell did u all allow that to happen?,what were u guys thinking? I haven't finished solving the problems i have and now u are here telling me all this shit".

Roman couldn't answer all he did was bow his head as if that would calm Ben's temper.

Ben hit the office table with so much force that i thought it would break but it only had a small crack.

"Ben calm down being angry won't solve the problem let us just go and see the rogues then maybe question them."

"You are right Chris let us go."

With that we left heading towards the basement.

Entering the basement we saw each rogue in their cell all locked up and chained trying to escape but failed each time.

I was sure if one of the rogues were to be released Ben would kill it without any hesitation or thought.

Ben looked at each of them with rage and hatred

He ordered for one of the rogues to be released.
