As they all settled onto the floor in a circle that naturally centered around Sang, North said, "No kiss dares." he left no room for argument, he didn't want Sang to be dared to kiss one of them and have it make her not want to later on.

Gabriel added on, "No makeup dares either." the guys laughed and Sang blushed as they each remembered Sang daring Gabriel to put lip-gloss on.

"Do we want to know?" asked Mr. Blackbourne, who was curious as to why they said that.

Gabriel immediately replied a resolute no.  He did not want to be embarrassed by telling Mr. Blackbourne he had to put lip-gloss on.

"I'll start," Nathan said.  He pointed to Sang and said truth or dare.

"Truth," she said quietly, which caused groans from the guys.

Nathan though for a minute, wondering what he could ask Sang.  "Okay.  Why did you decide to trust Kota the night you met him?  It was after midnight, and with all your mom had told you about men being evil, what made you believe that he was just being kind?"  All the guys were interested, they had each wanted to know the answer but weren't sure how to get Sang to tell them the truth when they asked her.

Sang cleared her throat and responded, "I guess I decided to trust him because I wanted to believe the world wasn't truly as bad as she told me.  I wanted, in my own way, to prove her wrong and show her that people weren't that bad, even if she couldn't actually know about it.  I gave Kota the benefit of the doubt and thought 'hey, you never know if you don't try'.  I wanted to have at least one friend in my life."  The guys were silent with her admission.  They each thought about what they would have done in her position.  If they were locked away from the world and told every day that if you went out you would be raped or murdered, and then meeting a stranger in the middle of the night, they realized that Sang was even braver than they thought.

Sang looked at North, but he shook his head with smirk and was grateful he had thought ahead and said, "Remember Sang Baby. This is part of my favor."

Sang frowned and then looked at Gabriel.  "Truth or Dare, Meanie?"

He inwardly sighed and said "Dare."  He felt a ball of dread settle in his stomach at the look on her face.

"I dare you to give Silas a foot massage." She had a small grin on her face, and that expression made touching Silas' smelly feet worth it.

"For how long?" he asked as the guys laughed at his dare.  He turned his nose up when he looked at Silas' feet that were now close to his leg.

"Until someone else says dare," she replied easily.  All of the guys decided that they would pick truth for a turn or two to make Gabe suffer a bit.  Gabriel groaned and started massaging leaning his head as far away from the feet as it could get.

"Okay Trouble.  Truth or dare?"  Gabriel asked, knowing that she would pick dare so she would not disappoint the others and was happy knowing he would not have to touch Silas' feet for very long .

"Dare," she said in a timid voice.  Gabriel pondered what he could make her do without getting into trouble with the others.  He felt he had a stroke of genius.

"Go over to Mr. Blackbourne and give him the biggest hug you can,"  he told her.  She visibly gulped, obviously a little uncomfortable as she still thought of Mr. B as mainly an authority figure.

Mr. Blackbourne opened his arms and said, "It's okay Miss Sorenson," as she went into his arms and squeezed him tightly he finally understood why all the other guys touched and hugged her all the time.  It was addictive and comforting to hold her in his arms, with her tiny body that felt so fragile but held one of the strongest people he knew.
