Chapter 4: Seeing the truth

Pov: Ava

I woke up feeling weird but cozy. I looked around seeing a fight with many soldiers going on. My eyes widened and I saw this man running to me and before he could hit me, he went right thro-ough me??.

Then is when I realized. This is a memory. The people of the village were at war. "You will never find her!!" I heard a voice scream. It was a good build man with dark blue hair. He was fighting with a lady with very light blond hair by his side. They were like Romeo and Juliet. Lovers who had to fight for what they believed was right. For some reason, my body was wanting to go their way. Like a pull of wind passing by and making me move to their side.

I was lost in my thoughts. Why do I feel connected to these people? I feel like I have seen them before. Back in the past before my parents weren't who I thought they were. Everyone around me was fighting for their lives. Trying to get their children and family safe and sound but then I heard a big noise. "HREEEEEE" my eyes went to the sky. A dragon. I never thought in my biggest dreams they would be real. The dragon went right to my beautiful couple who were fighting.

"Areme get Ava save her" The woman screamed at the top of her lungs. My whole body froze. My head felt empty like I couldn't think anymore. She is my mother?? and the man is my father???. I was not confused anymore but at the same time, I still do not understand what is happening. Then the growls came. Out of the forest, thousands of wolves started running to the big town. They had these red and yellow eyes. I could see right through them that they were ready.....then it clicked. It's a war between nature. "Areme please to Ava to the human part of this world and make sure she won't have a scratch on her." The dragon bowed to my parents and went into the pink and purple sky. Flying to the world I now know and seem to understand.

Before I could see the war begin my Eyesight went black. I did not see anymore what happened the only thing I heard was "Ava Ava?!!!".

Pov: Lake

I was running with my pack around the woods. As the soon-to-be Alpha, I need to protect my people and make humans that live inside this town are safe.

My body kept on running until I heard the stream of the waterfall nearby. My pack needed to rest and drink water so my instinct was to make our way there. My pack understood and followed me since they heard me in the pack link. When we arrived my body froze. Ava was laying in the water. I transformed into my human body and ran to Ava. "Ava Ava?!!!" I was shaking her tiny body trying to wake her up. She then started coughing her lungs out. She looked around herself confused about the situation she is right now in.

"Ava are you, alright sweetheart??" My mom came running to her with worry in her eyes. Ava just did not know what to do. She stood up slowly with my mother holding her close to her and then helping her back to the town.

My wolf was worried as well as I was. I knew I could not leave my pack alone so I decided to continue the trip. My mother will take care of her and I hope she is alright. My mind was still confused about how she ended up in the river. I looked around the lake of the waterfall and saw something catching my eye. Purple dust.the fairies. That would make no sense though the fairies and the werewolves have been in peace for more than 7 years now. Even though I know the fairies have probably done nothing I should keep an eye open but first let ask my mate. She will know what happened to her and then all of this can just be a tiny accident.

Pov: Ava

I was brought to the house of Luke I assumed. I slowly sat down on the couch while miss soil brought me a cup of chocolate milk. "What happened??" she asked me. I could see the concern in her eyes wanting to know why I was in there. "I don't know" I told her but she could tell I lied. "Child you can tell me anything, please just tell me ??" I took in some air in my lungs before telling her. " This isn't a normal town is it?..." her eyes widened. "This town and then the village of the fairies.". She looked at me and kept listening. " My mother and my father.. protected me from war...." She looked confused before realizing. "You are not normal are you, Ava??" I looked at her tears welling up in my eyes before saying "I have no clue..".
