Kiken was warm, happy and content, the feelings washing over her as she slowly resurfaced from sleep. Everything seemed perfect; to fit into place, like there was nothing that could go wrong, and it was exactly where she was meant to be. A small smirk flickering over her face as this thought came into her mind, unsure if she had ever been able to truly feel like this before, Kiken eventually opened her eyes. There was a part of her that protested; telling her that there was no point in getting up, that she should stay where she was, and that she shouldn't leave that wonderful feeling behind. But Kiken knew she couldn't stay asleep forever, though she doubted the Akatsuki would be doing any missions today, it wouldn't be right of her to lay in bed all day. So fully opening her eyes, she shifted to get into a better position, only now seemingly realising the circumstances around her.
The covers moved against her, true, but it was against her bare skin. Not quite sure why she would have taken her clothes off to sleep, Kiken narrowed her eyes and turned her gaze to the other side of the room, of the bed. It was what she saw there that truly woke her up, her eyes widening in shock. Sitting upright, Kiken automatically grabbed the covers to cover herself, unsure what was going on. Itachi lay next to her, still asleep, his breathing soft as his chest rose up and down slowly. He was in exactly the same position she was, and though she could only see his bare chest, Kiken knew he wasn't wearing anything else, her face heating up at the thought. But as she continued to watch him, and how peaceful his expression was, slowly Kiken calmed down, forgetting about everything else. Though she wasn't sure of the circumstances right now, she knew how she felt about Itachi—how much she cared for him. She loved him, and Itachi had returned those feelings last night.
With those words, however, it all began to return to Kiken. Itachi had come to her room to talk to her, he'd admitted he loved her and she knew she had felt the same—and then he'd kissed her. The memory of that first moment of contact was still fresh in her mind, and a soft smile appearing on her face, Kiken touched her lips gently at the recollection. But another glance down at Itachi—at his bare chest and lack of clothes—and the rest started to come back to her as well. Automatically her heart rate increased and her breathing became more rapid as she recalled taking each other's clothes off; his skin touching hers, his hands running over her torso and massaging at her breasts, his lips everywhere on her body, as she in turn had run her fingers through his hair, exploring his body, letting him do what he wanted with her. Slowly Kiken's hands lowered from where they had been covering her body—she had let him get close to her and didn't regret it in the slightest, and looking at him now, her feelings once again coming back, and Kiken didn't feel she had to hide from Itachi.
As she accepted this, Kiken abruptly noticed Itachi shifting in his sleep, his eyes beginning to flutter as he woke up. Smiling sweetly at this, Kiken laid back down and slid towards him, wrapping her arms around his chest and laying her head on his shoulder, revelling in the warmth his body gave off. This only served to hasten Itachi's awakening, and a few seconds later he opened his eyes, meeting Kiken's straight away. Neither of them said anything to begin with, Itachi merely returning Kiken's embrace and placing his hand against her cheek, softly stroking her skin with his thumb. It wasn't until he leant forward to rest his forehead against hers that he finally breathed,
"Good morning."
Kiken's response was to press her lips against his, and right away Itachi responded, their lips moving in sync, a slight moan slipping from Itachi's mouth as she nibbled on his bottom lip, only for Kiken to respond in kind when his tongue slid into her mouth to explore. By the time they pulled away, a smile was on both their faces—but they knew they had to get up. Neither of them were the type to lie in bed all day, yet suddenly it was all they wanted to do. But shaking it off, inwardly sighing, they both let go of each other, moving to get out of bed, collect their scattered clothes and clean themselves up for the day. Then, after showering, dressing and tidying the room, they finally decided it was time to head out and get something to eat—though Itachi stopped Kiken before she reached the door, turning her around and placing a hand against her cheek while warning softly,
