LITTLE CONTEXT:
It was late. You were already closing the shop since you had your last customer a while ago, so you wanted to have your dinner and sleep to start again.
You missed Asra a lot, when was the last time you've seen him? Maybe a month... Two...
You stopped counting. But somehow, you knew he was there by your side. Protecting you...

“Hey. Faust.” you moved slightly the cute snake, as she started moving a little bit, as if she didn't want you to wake her up. “C'mon sweetie, it's dinner time. You have to eat.” you caressed her body kindly, smiling at her.

“No.” she said.

You smiled at yourself, thinking of how cute she was when she tried to sleep. “Well then I'll tell Asra you misbehaved and you didn't eat your dinner.” you told her.

“No!” she suddenly woke up, and looked at you.

“Good baby.” you pet her head the most gently way you could, so you wouldn't hurt her. “Let's see what we have. Fuzzy rats maybe?” you teased her, as she nodded.

You served her food, letting herself enjoy her meal as you were going to prepare some for yourself. The way you thought about Asra that past month changed a lot.
You wanted him. And not as your friend. As a lover.
Asra was always kind, sweet, affective, curious, and always tried to throw you a hand. You always knew he was a lovely boy but you never thought you were falling for him.
You started dating him only because he asked, but then there you were, loving him and only having him on your mind. All you could think about was Asra, Asra and nothing more.

“Asra!” you heard Faust say, and you turned around just to make sure she was fine.

“Asra's not here, Faust, honey. He'll be back soon.” you told her, smiling cheerfully.
