falling for feder

first day

I peered out my grand window to view the glistening amoskeag lake that sat perfectly still in front of my home. i sighed in frustration, today was the first day of junior year and i was already dreading walking into school. i know i might sound a bit dramatic but trust me my school is just as horrible as i make it out to be. but what makes school truly awful is , Lenny Feder. Lenny Feder has been tormenting me for years ever since he moved into the Earnshaw house , which is right across amoskeag lake where i live. Ever since i young all i can remember is Lenny constantly picking on me from the way i look, to the way i talk, to my hobbies, to even my friends. But this year i'm going to change that. I'm once and for all going to stand my ground and make sure Lenny Fader gets his karma after all these years.
"(y/n)" my mother called out from the stairs "hurry up". I threw on my white leg warmers, black high top converse, my silver butterfly pendant necklace, and bolted out the door to the bus stop. I hopped on the bus and sat next to my childhood best friend marcus aka higgins . Marcus had long blonde hair, crystal clear blue eyes, he had a tall + fit physique but was sadly friends with Lenny Feder . " Morning, buggie" marcus laughed as i sat down next to him. " I told you to stop calling me that dumb nickname marcus" i said smiling. " i can't help it Lenny just comes up with the best nicknames" marcus said with a grin plastered on his face. i just rolled my eyes and stared out the window till we arrived at school. Once we approached to our school, Marcus and I stepped out of the bus and Marcus offered to walk me to class. As we walked down the yellow and blue painted hallways Marcus whispered in my ear " 12 o'clock", i looked straight ahead and their he was, Lenny Feder. He walked down the hallway dressed in a white tee with his basketball blazer over, blue jeans, and black high top converse just like mine. Lenny had dark brown hair and eyes, as much as i hate to admit it, he was attractive but also the biggest annoyance in my life . He suddenly approached Marcus and I with a nasty look on his face.  " Hey Buggie how was your summer, lemme take a guess probably awful since you have no friends to have spent it with" as he laughed. " Haha very funny" i said, " Maybe you should focus on the fact that you've lost the past 3 basketball games you played instead of talking shit, but anways way to go captain for leading your team to "success", i said in finger quotations as i smiled maliciously. " Come on Marcus lets not waste anymore of our time talking to this 'thing'", Marcus chuckled as he patted Lenny on the shoulder and we soon made our way down the hall. I turned back to see Lenny Feder staring at me with an impressed smirk on his face. This was just the beginning , just wait and see Lenny, i'm going to beat you at your own game.
