CHAPTER ONE
~*~

OLIVIA
I smiled as I finished planning tonight's special dinner to surprise my boyfriend with for the news that I was so excited to tell him. But he never came home, he was probably just out drinking with the boys and just lost track of the time. I sighed in disappointment it wasn't like it was big news, just that we were pregnant again. I picked up Ava, she was only fifteen months old but she was the joy of our lives. I clicked on Daniel's contact and it went straight to voicemail, I left a message anyway.

"Hi baby, I thought you were coming home for dinner. Don't worry about it though, I'll tell you my surprise another time. We miss you. Stay safe, I love you." I smiled towards Ava "Say hi to daddy." She blew kisses at the phone "Hi dada" I giggle lightly "Aw, she's blowing you kisses. I just wanted to call and check in on you. See you in the morning."

And that was it, we called it a night and went to bed.

DANIEL
"Listen Liv, there's something I need to tell you" I sighed as I patted a spot next to me on the bed as she shakily sat down "Is everything okay?" I shook my head "No.. I cheated on you last night while I was drunk" the truth is I didn't cheat on her but I needed a reason for her to hate me, to make it easier for me to do what I needed to do "Dan.. you didn't.." the tears quickly fell from her eyes and it was making my heart ache. She quickly began pacing around the room and it was making me nervous, I needed her out quickly to keep both of them safe. "Look Liv, I know your mad but please don't throw that vase in front of our daughter" I pinned her wrists down beside her, giving her one last kiss to try and help her calm down and not do something crazy she'll regret Ava seeing. I quickly slipped a roll of money into her pocket when she wasn't looking, it was the least that I could do. I gave Ava one last hug and kiss goodbye "Daddy loves you, sweetheart." Olivia took her from my arms and that was the last time that I saw them "Goodbye Mr Hue. Say bye bye to daddy, baby" I watched as my own daughter waved goodbye to me but it was for the best.
