It's kind of the whole, one direction are real people. I know they are, and I hate it when people act like they're attractions or as Harry says in the 'This is us' movie, they're famous, not nice guys, not funny guys, just famous and one day, just they used to be famous. That moment literally made me cry, when he said that about just being seen as famous and then said 'I hate it'. But I do still find it weird they sleep or do anything really, though that's kind of the case with all people not just one direction. I just can't imagine them waking up in the morning, making themselves breakfast, eating, sitting on their phones or sleeping. I saw something that was about this and was like 'Harry Styles breathes, you might be breathing right now in sync with Harry Styles'. Works for any of them. A very weird though.
