The next night, Miranda and her parents rode with Ben to his parents' wedding anniversary. They had a really good time. She was only feeling a little nauseous. And despite having thrown up twice that morning., she did her best to conceal it. Ben's mother came over to them at their table. A waiter passed by and she gave them each a flute half-full of champagne. Miranda politely declined. "It's just a little, no one's going to know or care," Julia said with a wink before walking off.

When she was gone, Miranda looked around before Ben downed both glasses quickly. "Thank you," she told him, touching the side of his face.

"I got you." The two of them kissed.

Ben's little brother, Curt, walked up to them. "Eww," he said.

Miranda shook her head, stood up and kissed the younger teen's cheek. He froze before running away. "You're going for my little brother?" Ben asked taking her hand and pulling her into his lap. He put his hand on her stomach briefly.

"Don't be disgusting," she said putting her lips on his tasting the champagne.

"Miranda Bailey!" At the sound of her father's voice, she practically jumped from her boyfriend's lap. "You two are in public, have some decorum."

"Mandy, conduct yourself properly," Elena said.

William glared at Ben. "Young man, can we have a ride home?"

"Y-yes, sure," he answered. Miranda smirked. And he wanted to tell their parents that they were pregnant. The handsome fool. "You're coming, babe?"

She nodded. "Let me just run to the bathroom."

"I'll go with you," her mother said. The two women went to the bathroom.

In the stall, Miranda prayed that she could keep it together until she got home. While they washed their hands, she asked her mother: "Do you and daddy really not like Ben?"

Elena smirked. "We like him just fine. We just have an obligation to make sure you're okay and that you stay okay and that you stay focused. But he's a lovely young man. Even your father knows that," she told her daughter. "Why?"

Miranda shrugged. "Just wondering." Once her parents were in the house, she turned to him: "Want to take a little drive?" Ben raised his brow and headed toward one of their favorite spots. In the backseat, she lay against his chest. "I can't believe your parents have been together for all of our life."

"Yours, too," Ben said.

"Yeah, but your parents get you." She sat up and looked at him. "If we went to your house right now and told your parents that... they would be disappointed, sure, but no less loving and helpful. If we went back to my house, my dad would get his gun, shove us in the car and march us to the courthouse." Miranda laughed at the image. Honestly, that wouldn't be so bad. A big part of her wanted to marry Ben. He was the perfect guy and she'd really lucked up.

"Look, we'll tell them when you're ready, okay?" Nodding, she climbed onto his lap, her dress rising to her waist. He held her thighs, pulling her closer. "I guess we don't have to worry about... you getting pregnant." She hit his shoulder before kissing him as she lifted her hips. She breathed his name softly. "Yes?" He asked as he undid his belt, pulling out his organ.

Miranda put her head back. He put his lips on her neck as they connected perfectly. "Ben..."

"Yes?" She wondered if he could hear her heart thumping loudly. "Speak, woman," he demanded, licking her neck.

"My God!" Grabbing both sides of his face, they made eye contact.

His eyes rolled back. "Damn it, Miranda."
