Ace pov

I left to look for y/n, but she was not looking anywhere!  On the first floor there was a slight smell of gas. 

The blue light of the window shutters cast a heavy shadow over all the school rooms.  I went up to the second floor, and the smell of gas became stronger.  So much so that I closed my nose and it made me vomit. 

My stomach was stirring from the bad smell of gas.  From below the first floor, giggles and naughty walks were heard.  I did not notice her very much because I knew it was Isuka.  I also checked the classrooms and bathrooms on the second floor, but there was nothing. It was getting very hot over the minutes. I removed the hood, and was left with only a black t-shirt. 

I could not hold myself back, but I ran and flushed to the toilet. I was crazy how not to get worse! It was obvious that it was one of the main gas pipes.  I set a goal for myself that

I will not go out without finding y/n.  Wait a minute!  The smell of gas?  Giggles and steps down the hall !?  Closing doors !?  Don't tell me! 

ace realized that something bad was going to happen, so he fought against his own body which was weak against the gas, went up to the third floor and to the penultimate staircase, noticed your bag. Next to it was a bottle of water. He pours the bottle, sprays himself, more specifically, his blouse and face, and covers his nose with them. In that scary hall, the smell of gas burns his eyes and mouth. He was spitting bloody. His eyes were red and he could not breathe. In the midst of all that, he seemed to be flickering for a little air. A thick fog was created by the gas that was rapidly filling the whole school .

Ace lay on the ground desperately, trying to find some air.  "God! Do not take my soul without joining y/n!" his eyes were almost closing slowly when suddenly two hands grabbed him by the arms.  Those shadows in the gas fog were smiling towards Ace.  He immediately recognized them both.

"Sabo .... Luffy ...." - surprised Ace murmured.  Then those shadows faded.

  "Thanks guy's!"

Near his head, an iron rod was detached from the others.  He notices it, catches it and the first thing he does ... He takes the rod, and starts firing furiously at the windows.  In this way the gas is dispersed out of the lobby, and ends up in the air.  Some windows fall to the ground, some to the air.  The area where Ace was breaking the windows was at the back of the school, so no student would hear anything.

Blood was coming out of his nose, but Ace did not stop for a second.  After smashing 9 windows, and the gas fog was starting to fade, he immediately started his search through the classrooms. In every single class, he searched but found nothing. As he was walking downstairs to the second floor, Ace remembered the armored gray door that was 4 steps away from where Ace was lying. Ace forgot that he did not control it, but a strong feeling pushed Ace to take the metal rod again and control the armored door.  He went to open it, but the door was blocked by a latch that had stuck broken. He forcibly tried to break it with his shoulder and kick, but it did not work. A few meters away he finds the thrown knife, and uses it to unlock the latch. Suddenly a wet, wet liquid touches Ace's shoes. Ace looks down and bleeds. His heart did not rest from fear.

  "What is all this massive blood ?!"  asked terrified. What did not come to his mind: Maybe Isuka, killed
and hid her body?

Panicked, Ace looks at the end of the corridor, the pocket knife and immediately runs to catch it.

Once he picks it up, he starts unlocking the door latch.  For a few seconds, his body was fighting against everything, just to reach and open the armored door. The door slammed, and it finally opened. Ace finds y/n lying on the ground unconscious, she was yellowed in the face. Ace went inside the narrow space of the room and pulled y/n out. Holding it in bridal style, Ace was calling her over and over, but y/n did not answer. The situation was so bad. As he was descending the last 3 steps of the second floor, a black cloud of smoke was coming from one of the doors of that floor.  Ace's eyes widened with horror that did not wait.
