"Okay calm down Jeon Jungkook", the brunette tried not to gasp or hitch at what is gonna happen after this even though knowing his stomach feeling sick all of a sudden. Grasping his pen more firmly he tries to go back to the topic he was doing failing a bit when some song plays in his head " Strawberries & cigarettes" He wanted to pause this but it seems like outta no where his subconscious mind wants to listen to music ugh what a pain he thought.

The crimson sweatshirt boy sitting right across him was honestly just observing him, it gave him some curiosity to know how he is by himself, clearly remembering him to read his book and not just stare at the new boy who made him his friend like a moment or so, like a creep. He brushed off the thought and got his bag and took out his book turning the pages, rubbing his nose slightly and going to do his work.

Minutes past... Seems like nothing really interesting went on, Tae doesn't wants to bother him and Jungkook who was feeling awkward and feeling bad about how he is like such a timid person and feeling anxious all of a sudden again.

"Take a deep breath push yourself a bit more and get your work completed" He repeated the words inside his head, but he felt so dry from inside it felt he should go away from here he felt so werid about himself he couldn't take it a step further to betterment in himself he felt

In the spurr of driving thoughts, a ringing sound came from outside the  Secretariat came in and looked at the two boys whereas both of them looked upto him.

Jungkook was tapping his pen by the notebook while Taehyung was tapping his legs.

" Howdy, I wanted to inform you boys the library closes by 10 mins today at 5:30 for some renovation  being finally taken today , I hope you read the notice I have put up in front of this door" "Ah yes sir I saw it!! " Tae replied smiling gladly,as if he always waited for this. Jungkook felt clueless but he also gave in the thought that he didn't notice it as he was stupidly way into his thoughts. His work was still incomplete, alright why can't he just cool down and go home quickly and do it then it will be more peaceful, he thought.

As the elder left them alone again, Jungkook coughed and got his things together and decided to leave the place he felt he was bothering and too awkward to talk but the latter called him out "JK!" he turned back looking back at the person who took his bottle with some stupid reason but also the same person he had some beef with.

"Ahhh... Hi... " Jungkook rubbed his neck (goshgosh why am I being like this) "wait did you just gave me a nickname? "

"Hoho sure I did, gave in a lot of thought how to make your name short and cute" claspinh his fingers on his chin with a smug thoughtful look.
The brunette replied "you can call me Tae by the way" He goofily smiled.

In the midst of the convo they haven't realised there was another huge downpour going outside of this inside subway they were in.

As Jk smiled slightly walking out, he felt the cold wind of rain going past his skin "geez their is another downpour gosh not fairr" Tae whined, They heard the lights going off the library and the both pouted together and giggled.

(Wow so I was really overthinking all this? Gosh) Jk thought, as he was trying to pull out his umbrella he finally got, while Tae by his side looking at him sideways asking "Hey , were you trying to avoid me somehow"  His eyes widened, "ahhahaha OF course not!! That wasn't my intention trust me I am.... Just umm.. Ahem* was thinking I was being to awkward to start the convo and atlest speak something sorry if I was rude somehow" Tae looked at him as they were slowly getting out of the subway, Jk noticeing he doesn't have an umbrella decided to share opening his umbrella slowly.

Tae spoke up "oh... I thought I made you upset actually... Like I do really understand like, ever since we meet I have been that " Werid guy" I guess who helped you suddenly outta nowhere and also the stupidist thing of taking your belonging gosh thinking about it, it just happened..and it's embarrassing!!, I hope you could not hate that side of me haha-" Jk smiled hearing him yeah he wasn't werid at all he gave the very "dorky vibes" That's nice, and unique to actually see it, smiling at that thought

After that they both started scrolling through their phones, one looking for when the buses were coming and other trying to contact his driver.

"Hello, yes sir could you pick me up?...... Oh.... I see.. Mhm.. No no!! I totally understand don't worry I will find a place to sit somewhere please message me as soon as that's resolved... Okay thank you" As Tae got off his call he looked at the boy walking with him holding the umbrella giving him shade "oh no my bus stall it says due to some repairing reasons it is moving slow today and it will come by 7,darn it that will make it late at night to reach"

Jk face spoke of many worries, Tae noticed this. "Hey why can't we sit by some stop I know one and.... You want some hot coffee? I know the environment is pretty dampy but we can get a bit warm right" He smiled eye-to-eye to him and got the umbrella shed on him by his hand and sprinted towards the  rain and felt the raindrops fall out on  his face.

Jk saw this and felt surprised, but it did look fun he took the umbrella down and felt the raindrops on his head but he quickly put it up and ran to Tae to give him shade. Tae was enjoying the chilling feeling and seeing that did make Jungkook ease his worries a bit.

They saw the bus stop and kept their bag, well practically there wasn't any cafe nearby they just had this soda machine by the side(stupido they felt still worth it) , Tae went for it it "HEY, um... You can take my coins" Jungkook gave a raise, "heyyyy, cool cool I am getting you some of my taste, let me give you the treat you gave me earlier just like yesterday" Jk parted his lip to say trying to let in another thoughts on it but decided to let it be

"Here you go" Tae who was slightly got his clothes wet by the rain passed his soda of mocha flavor with and him getting the "petal flavour" Jungkook sneered he heard that name for the first time, he might gave a laugh out. "I know what your thinking" Tae gave him a side-eye and gave the grumpy look, Jk lip were twitching and forming a smile and a bit of laugh coming out again. "Well how does the mocha taste? Mine is sooo yummy u could try I recommend it" Jk gave a agreeing nod "welp, it's pretty much like tea and good feel flavor especially in this weather, oof" He stretched his hands, he felt comfortable even though their is silence in their convos it was alright and peaceful and less noisy, to give him a right mind.

Giving a close look on this pit-pattering of the rain along the streets Jk decided to take out his recorder containg music and put his earplugs on. Tae yelped "You have that??!! Oh my so cool even I had this but I broke the model and now it's literally nowhere to be found now ugh" Tae pouted, Jk could understand "you want to share?"
"Reallly?? YESS" , he closed up by his side and put on the earplug and there the music started playing~

"If by chance" Was playing "hmm... This song is so nostalgic for some reason" "Ohhh really, how's that? " Jk asked realiseing that they were really close to the point Tae could literally hold him by his shoulder again, Jk tried to calm the uneaseiness and not do something werid making him upset, for a fact he actually talked to someone like that in a long time.

"Hm.. Let's say it reminds me of my very together family? Over the horizon of a vast tranquil sea beach of seagreen colour floating with creatures of so many types and I am making sandcastles~" Jungkook gave a amazed voice "wow that's cool you have some imagination"  Tae put his head by his shoulder, Jk couldn't help shake away a bit by that, he really isn't into platonic or ANY touches for being and introvert who felt very aliented by bonds he would always see but never have the courage himself to find comfort in it.

"Yeah... I guess we all do have it just really comes out from the negativity life throws at us sometimes our minds give us alternatives to do or think something creative" Tae replied.

Now knowing him a bit Jk thought he really was a fine guy who seemed versatile in things he does not know yet, but right now he looked tired just like him so he let him rest by his shoulder as the pouring rain continued under the noises, and silences of the town.

It's also the fall month. I feel sleepy so I better hope I can continue and write down the plot I thought to continue for so long lessgoo 🛌🤾‍♀️🔆
