~Chapter 11~

About halfway through the tour, I started feeling a little off. I figured it was because I was dancing so much. Our next stop was in Oklahoma City. I called Poppy and asked her to make me an appointment with a masseuse thinking I just needed to get my muscles worked out. The routines I had created were very strenuous and hard on my body, but I was known for pushing myself. I was able to sneak out of the hotel early that morning for my appointment without anyone knowing where I went.

I was even able to escape Tyler this morning. As I was getting ready for the masseuse, my phone went off back-to-back.

Where are you babe?

Journ, love, where are you?

It was both Travis and Kent. I rolled my eyes and decided I need to answer them so they wouldn't worry. I put them in a group chat and texted them at the same time.

I am at an appointment. I am fine. I'll be back later. Just leave me be for a bit. I love you both, but I need some space.

Throwing my phone down in the chair, she came into the room and got started. Poppy booked a two-hour massage, reflexology, mani and pedi. They girl knew exactly what I needed. I did silver and teal on my nails. I felt a lot better by the end of my appointment. The Uber took me back to the hotel. I went to Maria's door and knocked on it.

"Hey baby," she opened it when she saw me. "What's wrong?"

"Can I change one of my solos?"

"Sure. They're your solos."

"Tell Jack what you want to change and just do it. I trust you."

"Okay, thank you."

"Honey, wait," she said and reached for me. "Are you alright?"

"Yes, I'm fine. I just got back from my spa appointment."

"Something is troubling you."

"Maria, love, I'm okay."

"Journey, you can talk to me about anything. Joe isn't here, come in here."

She literally pulled me into her room. We sat down in the chairs. I looked out the window and didn't say anything to her.
"Would you like to stay in here for a while?"

"Yes."

"Stay as long as you like. Did you and Travis have an argument?"

"No."

"Then what is this about?"

"It's hard when your heart loves two people at the same time."

"I know, baby."

"I feel like Gaia is testing me."

"She is. Journey, I'm glad you're here actually. When the tour is over, we are wanting to do a video and I want you in it."

"For which song?"

"Mother."

"What's the concept?"
"I want you to be aspects of Gaia for me."

"I would be honored to do that for you."

She reached over and squeezed my hand; "Whatever is going through your mind right now, you're going to be okay. I know those men love you and you love them. You make each other stronger."
"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For always knowing what to say to me. Your intuition is always pretty good."

"Yeah."
