Life is a riddle

A big surprise

Narcissa apparated me to Saint mungo's with her and asked to see a healer. The lady at the desk nodded and told us to wait a few minutes. We both sat down and narcissa looked at me. "Delilah. I know this may not be my business but I want you to explain some things. First of all after yours and Leo's meeting with your father, you seemed a bit distraught. I want to know why." She said calmly. I sighed. 'Can I trust her. Might as well try.' I thought to myself.
"My father told me and Leo that we are to get married when we are both of age. I was upset because well...... You have to keep this a secret but. I was upset because I love Draco and we've been together for two years now. Leo was also upset because he's been dating Ia for a long time." I said slowly trying not to cry. Narcissa nodded to say she understood how I felt. A healer came up to us and told us to follow him to his office. We sat down and he asked me what was wrong.

"Well for the past month or so I haven't been feeling the best. Nearly every morning I wake up needing to vomit, I also have been feeling really sore in my lower stomach" i said. The healer hummed in thought. "Tell me miss Ledrid when was your last menstrual cycle? Or in other words when are you due for your next menstrual cycle?" He asked. I thought about.

"Ummm three weeks ago" I said shyly. The healer nodded.
"Tell me do you have partner ?" He asked. I nodded.
"Yes." I said. The healer nodded again. "Ok last question. Have you and your partner had sexual actions together before you started feeling sick?" He asked seriously. I blushed and nodded. The healer sighed. "Well according to what you have told me. The most likely reason behind your sickness is that you're pregnant my dear." He said. I just sat there in shock, I was unable to say anything. "Thank you" narcissa said before pulling me out of his office. She apparated me back to the manor.

"Come on dear. Where going have a little talk." She said sweetly walking back to the library. We both sat down. "Now Delilah. Obviously this child isn't Leo's, it's Draco's. And I'm guessing your father won't be happy about this. So we need to figure out what we're going to do." She said calmly. I nodded. Everything she said was right, my father would lose his shit if he found out. "As much as I think your going to hate this. But I think we need to tell both Leo and Draco first." She continued since I had stayed silent. "But..... What if he hates me." I said shyly. Narcissa shook her head.
"I know my Draco, Delilah. I know he would never turn his back on something he cares about." Narcissa said trying to calm me down. I nodded. "Ok, we will tell them first. But when everyone else finds out, we have to tell them it's Leo's." I said trying to stay calm. Narcissa smiled. "Good. I'm going to see if there back home yet. If they are I'm going to bring them straight here. Ok" she said walking out.

I sat and waited in the library trying to gather my thoughts. 'I'm going to be a mother. I'm not even 16 yet and I'm going to have a child. And if my father finds out who the real father is..... He'll kill me.' I stayed there trying to get everything processed but, it was to much. I looked up hearing the door open. In walked Draco, Leo and narcissa. I gulped suddenly feeling incredibly scared. They all sat down. "Delilah. Go on. Explain." Narcissa said soothingly. "We......well I haven't been fe-feeling well for the past month. And narcissa thought........ It would be best if..... If I got it checked out. So this morning we went to Saint mungo's. I told the healer what was wrong........ And ....... And....." I stopped unable to finish my sentence. "And what didi? It's okay you can tell us." Draco said soothingly. "And he told me that I'm....... I'm pre.......pregnant." I said hiding my face in my hands as I finished my sentence. Everything was silent for awhile. "So...... So I'm going to be a father?" Draco asked quietly breaking the silence. I looked up and nodded. Draco smiled slightly. "Awesome. I'm gonna be a dad." He said hugging me.

"Ummm sorry to interrupt but, why did you ask me to be here? I mean I'm not trying to be rude." Leo asked shyly. "Well as you know. You and Delilah are betrothed. So her being pregnant with Draco's child isn't going to make the dark lord happy. So you're here so that you know that when we do eventually tell everyone else that she pregnant, we tell them it's yours not Draco's" narcissa said calmly. I gasped suddenly feeling my neck sting. "Delilah. The initiation is tonight. Tell them I'm coming tonight and I have special jobs for them." My fathers voice said In my head. "My father is coming." I said quickly.

Time skip to night time

I walked into the dining room, sitting beside my father. No one else was here yet. "Father I have news for you." I said calmly. "Yes what is it Delilah." He said looking at me. "I'm pregnant, with Leo's child." I said, hoping with all my might he would believe me. "Earlier than I expected of you Delilah. But that is something I did hope I would hear. Now everyone is going to be told of your marriage to Leo and now your pregnancy. Also Leo is going to be moved to hogwarts. And you will find out the rest when the meeting begins." He said I nodded and waited silently with him for the others to come. When they were all here, all eyes were on my father. "Last year was a failure! But this year we are going to be rid of our biggest threat. But first we have something else to deal with. Leo, Draco, Ia stand." My father ordered all three did as they were told. My father looked at me. "You want me to do it?" I questioned. He nodded. I pulled out my wand and walked to Ia. "Hold out your left arm." I said to her. She did as she was told. "Morsemorder" I hissed. She screamed in pain. As much as it pained me to do so, I just walked away from her.

I then walked up to Leo who held out his left arm instantly. I again performed the curse, causing him to scream out in pain as well. I fought back tears as I stood infront of Draco. He held out his left arm and nodded slightly. "Morsemorder" I said. It pained me to here him scream, but I had to leave him and go back to my seat. "Good now that's out of the way. First I have two things to say, before I give our three new recruits there jobs. First, Delilah and Leo are betrothed and will be married when they are both of age. Second, Delilah is also pregnant with Leo's child." My father said. I looked down not wanting to see ia's face. "Now Leo. You are being moved to hogwarts where you will pretend to be a wizard. I have here a fake wand that you can push your magical energy through so that your alias is believable. Your job is to keep an eye on Delilah, keep her out of trouble. Ia your job is to keep an eye on both potter and a Hermione granger. Draco, you have the hardest job. You are to kill Albus dumbledore." My father said smirking slightly.

Time skip
Leo pov
After the meeting and nearly all the death eaters were gone, including the dark lord. I rushed to Ia. "Ia let me explain." I asked knowing she was incredibly upset. "No, you lied to me. You said you wouldn't leave me. But to me making my best friend pregnant is leaving me." She half shouted at me. "But Ia, it's a lie. I'm not the father to Delilah's child, Draco is" I said in a low voice, making sure only she heard me. She looked at me as if deciding wether I was telling the truth or not. "You promise." She said still sounding unsure. "I promise. I just have to pretend it's mine, so the dark lord doesn't hurt Delilah. I love you Ia." I said hugging her.
"I love you to Leo" she said.
