Queen with eyes of hazel

I was shipwrecked from the sea of tranquillity and stuck on the Isles of over thinking.

I travelled the land in high hopes. I will find the good in the evil...What a stupid thought that was. I searched for what felt like an eternity but only found parts of my memories that tried to bring me down once more. I tried for so long to fight them away but when you hit the wall in your mind and start blurring days into months into years and then not knowing your age expect from the pain in your bones when you stand and try to do the task that you've done a million times. My mind is tired of the ever shifting fluorescent colours of the world that I know called my home...But then I saw her. The women of bronze skin, A beautiful shine was seen when the light hit her clear blue lake just right. Her eyes a faded hazel that spiralled into the black and made a hypnotizing glare that made me forget the pain I had felt for the countless years and feel like my young self. I started to move towards the warm glow before reaching my hand out to her. She took it back before I embraced the warmth for the first time in a long while. She held me back before I heard her soothing voice,

''We will make it together...One life.''

The warmth I felt was nothing to me once more. I was born again and raised a different way but deep down remembered the women...The queen with eyes of hazel. Her beauty and soothing voice haunted me until my early teens. I left for sea in hopes that I will find her again as my journey began anew. I was blessed with magic in this life that I will use for my mission alone. The powers of a monk were trained into this new body and I used them for my goal alone. I found the raid party of a young Orc with Green and Purple eyes and a temper to rival the gods. Deep down though I could see he was a good soul that only wanted to help. He gave me a dagger with a blade of faded gold and a pommel of jet, the grip a worn white leather and weighted perfectly. As he gave it to me he began to tell me a story about it being one of the first treasures he ever pulled from being a hero. The blade would extend with magic. Shadows if a negative emotion is felt and a radiant white if positive feelings are present. I'll never forget his joke he made after saying that,

''Never really see the white side so that should tell you what you need to know!''

The man was deranged...Maybe that's why I followed him to find a way to my path.

This life was one I will always remember fondly.

The years I fought with the monk made me happy but I knew from the past that this would only be fleeting...That being said I allowed myself to indulge in the happy life...To be used as fuel for the next. Something to hold onto to stop the doubts hitting me and having nothing but myself to fight it. Like I said...I was a fool for thinking just happy ideals would help in this world. I spent over four decades with the man...He took me in as a right hand to his thriving kingdom...I was proud to call him my king...and friend. He had children...One at the start but two by the time I left to attempt my mission once more...I will remember those lads for the next life also...I hope they grow to be powerful and achieve their dreams. The Orcish king who raised a kingdom in the sky from the rubble floating on the clouds...He liked that line I gave him and used it...He asked me about this fact once when I was eighteen...I'll never forget that conversation as well...Come to think about it...This life was the best in my hundreds and thousands.

The night I left to finally attempt my mission in this life was a long and sad one that I hope is eaten away first and the last to come back in my new life.

I told the king about the fact this was not my first life. Most I told this to would look at me with disgust and fear...Never would I see a lot of those faces again once they found out the truth but he was different. He only laughed while pointing to the others he called family. An undead Lytch...A elder dragon that liked...other...elder dragons like him...A prisoner that was an experiment turned immortal warrior and close friend to the king like myself...I realized my stupidity quite quickly...Of course I was no outcast to him and his men. I had been there so long I had not noticed their unique aspects and only saw them as family. The Orc's wife was a beautiful Elven women and she was the one who spoke first on that night and her words will always warm me at the soul,
