"Lejla, get up now! You're late for school!" called my mother Alice. She looked sleepily at the clock, got up in a panic and changed. When the teenager went to school, she saw her best friend, Merve. "Hey Merve. How are you?" She asked. "Hello Lejla, I'm fine, but we have to hurry, otherwise we'll be late!" When they got to her class, the teacher sent them to the headmaster to apologize. When they got to the directorate, Lejla apologized for both of them: "I'm sorry, Dad, that I was late." "It's okay, but here at school, please call me Headmaster." he said, slightly annoyed. They went back to their class and when it finally came to lunch they went to the cafeteria. Both sat down and ate when Merve asked a question. "Lejla can we meet at the weekend?" "Yes of course, we'll meet at my house on Saturday at 3 p.m."
~Timeskip~ (at Lejla's home, Saturday)
Merve started to speak: "I have to tell you something. I have to ... move." "What why??" "I have to move because of my father, he has a new job in another city" Then Lejla said dramatically: "Isn't it possible if you stay here? I'm sure we can sort it out somehow, please you have to stay here except you, I have no friends at school." "I got your phonenumber so we can chat with eachother." Then Lejla asked: "By the way when do you move?" "One week before school starts. So we can enjoy the rest of school and summer time until then." said Merve.
~Timeskip~ (one week before school starts)
Merve knew that she would leave in a few minutes and thought that she still had to say goodbye to her best friend. She called her on her cell phone and said that she wanted to say goodbye in person. So Lejla grabbed her bike and drove to Merve as quickly as possible. "Oh my god, Lejla nice that you could come !! I'll miss you so much!" shouted Merve. "I always have time for you and I will miss you very much too" After a long hug Merve's father wanted to finally drive away. As they sat in the car, Lejla yelled to Merve: "I wish you the best of luck in the new school and of course have fun too, and I hope you will make new friends quickly" "Of course I wish you the same and continue to write good grades, I hope to see you again soon!" Merve replied as loudly as she could.
After a long drive, they were finally in their new home. During the rest of the week they furnished their house nicely and went to eat and visit the city for the remaining days. The evening before the first day of school at the new school, her father asked her if she was happy and if she had prepared. She answered both questions with a short "yes". It was very late so Merve went to sleep.
