Cheyenne's POV
After the ride from his hometown, we stopped by the mall to shop for clothes to fill my closet. Prince informed me to come to look for him if I needed anything.
After placing my clothes in the drawers, I decided to relax for a while listening to the radio.
Startlement brought me out of my slumber by a pair of lips slowly trailing kisses up my neck.
"Shhh." He muttered in my ear.
I timidly turned my head to the side as he softly pecks my cheek.
" I'm not gonna hurt you." He said while caressing my cheek, calming my uneasiness.
With my eyes still closed, he cupped my face before turning me towards his. My heart begins to beat anxiously as I try not to move a muscle because I don't know what he'll do. Resting his forehead on mine, he mildly pecks my lips. Unhesitatingly, I responded by kissing him back. Reaching for my hands, he intertwined our fingers before pinning them above my head as he deepens the kiss.
"You should've been the one, Cheyenne,"
"Not again," I exhaled in sweat.
Scurrying to the bathroom, I splashed my face with cold water to cool down from the hallucination.
I can't believe it's happening again. Ever since that night, I couldn't get over what happened between us. The night I had my first kiss... with my sister's ex-boyfriend. I'll admit it was something I'll never forget, but I wish it never happened because I feared what'll happen if Chasity found out. It just happened so fast.
As I'm calming down, there's a knock on my door. I quickly dried my face as I pulled myself together before I go to answer the door.
"I thought I'd come to check on you after our little outing," Prince explained.
"I'm okay," I replied.
"Are you sure? You look upset." He asked in concern.
"It's ...it's hard to talk about it."
"Tommy and Chasity?" He guessed.
"Something like that."
"We don't have to talk about it now if it's okay with you. But when you're ready to, let me know, okay?"
I nod my head yes before he planted a kiss on my head and embracing me.
