Chapter 2

I woke up to my alarm. I sighed and went to shower. I straightened my naturally curly hair after drying it and I went to my room to find an outfit. I decided on some jean shorts and a white lace top. I had a navy blue decorative blazer and I put it on over. I checked the time and I had to go so I tied my red converse and walked out to my car. I saw my friends Leiya, Maddy, and Kyla as I entered the small school. They all smiled at me as we walked to our first class.

"So this Cameron kid huh?" Maddy said turning to me. Leiya and Kyla were looking at me too.

"Can Wake even keep his own secrets" I said. They laughed. I was about to put my phone away when I got a text. I saw it was Cameron and saved his contact.

Me: Hey I get out of school at 12:00 so how about you pick me up at my dad's shop?

Cam🙌: sounds great see you then?😏

Me: for sure! Ttyl✌️

The girls looked at me and smirked. I just flipped them off and out my phone away. Classes seemed to take 10 million times longer now that I actually had something planned later with a friend. Soon I could leave and Leiya and Kyla's classes ended earlier then mine so they already left.

"So are you going on a date with this Cameron guy?" Maddy asked as we walked to our cars.

"Yeah but it is not a date he is picking me up at Kless Boys in an hour" I said. She smiled at me.

"Is he worth mentally undressing?" She asked with a smirk. I laughed. She just giggled and waved walking to her car.

"I will text you!" She yelled to me.

"Okay!" I yelled back.

"Use protection!" She screamed back. I flipped her off then hopped in my car heading to the shop. It was my cousins lunch break and I saw them all eating outside on the grass. I laughed we always chose the weirdest spots to eat. I sat crisscross next to Ellsa.

"Hey guys" I greeted.

"Hey you don't have work today what are you doing here?" Wake said shoving another cheeto in his mouth. I laughed.

"I was going to hang out with Cameron he should be here to pick me up in like a half an hour" I answered. The all oohed.

"Oh hush how was work today?" I said grabbing one of Ellsa's chips and putting it in my mouth.

"It was good but the Grangers brought their car back after they got it back they did some joy riding and now they blew the engine" Trevor said. I just sighed.

"Please don't tell me thats mine" I said. They just laughed.

"I knew you were sick of the car so I took it" Wake said.

"Thank you" I said getting on my knees and hugging him. He laughed.

"Your welcome" he said. I sat back down and I heard honking from behind. I saw Cameron in his car. I gave a wave to the cousins.

"Have fun" they said in unison. I nodded and walked over to hop in Cam's car.

"Hey" he said.

"Hi" I answered. He smiled.

"So what first?" He asked.

"How about lunch they all got me hungry now" I said. He laughed.

"Okay how about Tim hortons" he suggested.

"Sure" I answered. He smiled and pulled out leaving us in a comfortable silence. We went into Tim Hortons and I saw some friends but I was with Cameron. We went up in line and ordered then we sat down.
