..Chapter thirteen..

Dream POV: It's been two days since Ink left, and he still hasn't returned...Me and Blue were sat in the living room thinking of places ink might be..," Hey Blue.." " Yeah?" " Remember when Ink said that Nightmare had contacted him through his dreams?" " Yes..what of it.? Your not thinking what I think your thinking of,,,right?"  " Yes...I think Nightmare possibly took Ink hostage" " But we don't know where Nightmares base is"   " I think I might have a slight idea where..."

I teleported Blue and I to my Au," We just need to look around I'm sure it's around here somewhere" Me in Blue walked around for what seemed like hours, before we finally came across a part of the forest I never dared to set foot in as a child.. It was the dark forest( very original name ) The forest was filled with creepy trees, their branches stretching and swirling in unnatural ways, for some reason the sun never shined on this area of the forest, it was covered in a dark fog that never cleared and when I was a child there were rumors that once you went it you never came out.

    " Why don't we check in there !" Blue said pointing at the gloomy and dark forest, it would seem appropriate since no one would think of checking there and it's dark, creepy and it would be a perfect place to hide. It probably was the best spot to check. I nodded my head slowly, not wanting to go in. But I wanted to find Ink and bring him back. Though Blue and I never cared much for him, he still was an important piece in the puzzle that is the balance between creation and destruction. And he also had access to things we needed that we couldn't get to.

    We masked our presence before entering the scary forest, and an immediate foul smell started. It wasn't the most pleasant thing, it smelt like something probably died in here. We continued on our path and I examined the forest, this was the first time I've ever been in it and I wanted to remember every detail. It may have been creepy on the outside but it was worse on the inside, not only was there a terrible smell, but there were creepy noises that had no source, thorns were everywhere so we had to be careful where we stepped and what we touched. Poisonous plants and darkness covered the whole forest.

I would've rather not been in here, it gave me and Blue the creeps. We walked around for a while until we came across a huge mansion that was hidden deep in the forest, strangely unlike everywhere else in this forest, there was a clearing. There was still fog but not as many trees and thorns as if someone had been taking care of this area. This must be it....

    I looked over to blue and nodded. We summoned our weapons and found a way inside the mysterious mansion still masking our auras, we crept through a window that was on the second floor. When we made it through there was a long and dark hallway. We walked through it and saw the names of all the gang members, this must be where all the bedrooms are,
We crept through the hallway and found ...Ink's room??? We opened the door and went in suspicious as to why Nightmare gave Ink his own room, we looked around the massive room and went up the pair of stairs we found that went up to a loft and we found a bed and Ink laying in it. Me and Blue looked at each other once more before I grabbed Ink, but I forgot ink was a very light sleeper so when he felt his body move he woke up...shoot..
