"And that's what you get for staring at MY boyfriend!" said Felicity.
As I pushed my gym bag off of my stomach, I tried to sit up.
"What are you talking about?!" I asked.
"Oh you know exactly what I'm talking about! You stared at Aaron all throughout Spanish this morning!"
"So that gives you the right to push all my books on the floor, dump coffee on me, and push me to the floor?!"
"Look, consider this your warning: If I catch you looking at him again, you'll be sorry!"
I was so frightened. I had never been threatened like that before, over such a stupid reason; because I was looking at her boyfriend? Oh come on! It's not like I was flirting with him!
As I started to walk to gym class, I got knocked down again.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! Hope, right?"
I looked up, and saw Aaron standing there. He held out his hand so he could help me up.
"It's okay. Yeah, I'm Hope. Aaron?" I asked as I took his hand.
I probably sounded really nervous. I could feel my hands starting to sweat, and my cheeks turning a tomato red.
"Yup. I'm Aaron. I'm really sorry about Felicity. Has she bothered you since this morning?"
I really wanted to tell him everything she had said to me, but right as I was about to, Felicity ran up behind Aaron.
"Hi babe! What's going on here?" she asked while giving me a dirty look.
"I was...just asking Hope how she liked her new school," Aaron said.
I was freaking out, because, what did she mean by, "You'll be sorry" when she caught me talking to Aaron the next time?
