Chapter 2

Taylor's POV

I woke up this morning just like every other one. Myles was currently gone visiting his dad. But, he gets home later tonight.

As I walked downstairs, my phone rang. It was Myles. I picked up immediately.

Phone Convo: T= Taylor, M= Myles

T: Hey Myles!

M: Hey T. How are you?

T: Good. Just wishing you were here L.

M: I know me too. But, I get home tonight so don't worry.

T: I know. I can't wait to see you. I miss my best friend.

Just as she had said that, she saw something she never would have thought would happen...

Her parents sitting at the kitchen table together. Taylor was lost for words. Obviously, Myles noticed she hadn't answered his question, which snapped her out of her thoughts.

M: T? You there?

T: Oh yeah sorry. What did you ask?

M: I said I miss you too. Then I asked if you were going to pick me up at the airport,

T: Yes I can. What time do you land?

M: 9:45 tonight.

T: Okay. Just send me the plane information and I will see you tonight!

M: Okay. I will see you there! Thanks!

T: No problem. See you later.

After she had hung up, she put her in her back pocket and gave her parents a weird look.

"Dad? Why are you here?" "Your mom and I needed to talk about where you will be spending your senior year of high school." "Is that even a question? I am staying here to graduate with my friends obviously." "Well now sweetie, you are going to graduate at Glendale High School where your father lives," my mom said. "What? No. I am staying here. I can't leave Myles or any of my friends!" "You are and you will. You leave in a month. End of discussion."

How am I supposed to tell Myles?
