i groaned because today was my first day back at that dumb ass school. not mentioning that derek and his dumb ass clowns was going to be there.
i stared at the ceiling before working up the courage to get out of bed.
i did my daily routine and got dressed. not trying to put on something to fashionable, just something classic.

i went downstairs and sat at the breakfast table. "goodmorning mom."i said. "goodmorning baby."she said kissing me on my cheek.
"are you ready for school today?"she asked putting a plate in front of my face. i started eating and paused inbetween bites to talk. "not really."i said taking another bite of my food.
"why not?"she asked me with a frown while putting down the tablecloth to look at me. "i just see no point of being excited to go to school."i replied finishing up my last bit of eggs.
"girl, im pretty sure you will have fun this year. plus, you have dior and malaysia beside you."she told me as a jump of hope filled my body.
i almost forgot that my besties was coming to that raggedy ass school with me. i checked the time on my phone and hopped up and put my plate in the sink. "you know what? i just might enjoy this school year."i said hugging her. "thats the spirit."she said as i grabbed my backpack, keys, and my phone.
"have a good day, i love you."
"i love you too mom."

when i made it to school i immediately went to the office to pick up my schedule. there i met up with dior and malaysia. "heyy bestie."i said hugging both dior and malaysia.
"awe bestie. i missed you."dior said. "same."malaysia added.
"I've missed you guys too. "what class do you have first?"i asked them.
"english."they both replied. i sighed because i have math first. "just great. i already have to deal with those fuck ass boys, but yall dont even have my first couple of classes."i said.
"cheer up bae, school just started."malaysia said.
"yeah ok."i muttered while rolling my eyes.
we parted ways and i went to my first class.

when i got in there everyone stared at me. "heyy y/n your back."the teacher ms.green said. "yeah, sadly."i said. "nuuh girly, your not happy to see me?"she asked as i started laughing.
"nahh ms.green, you coo people."i said hugging her. "teachers pet."i heard someone mutter followed by laughter.
i looked to the back to see derek, mike, vallyk, and kobe. i rolled my eyes. "you can sit in the back by derek."she said.
"but ms.green you know ion fuck with them."i said. "yeah ik, but just try to deal today."she said as i nodded.
i walked to the back and kobe tried to tripped me. everyone started laughing. i looked at him and he shrugged. "bitch."i muttered. "whatcu say."he asked me. "i said ur a bitch, along with ur fucking friends."i said sitting down.
"dont talk to him like that."kobes so called gf said. "stfu prick ass bitch, thats why he cheating on ur ass anyways."i said with a laugh. she looked at kobe. "so, y/n thinks she tough?"he asked.
"so kobe thinks he can make my life a living hell and get away with it? he thinks he can fuck every girl in this school? well baby i aint one of them so get ur dick out of your ass and tighten up bitch."i said as the class started laughing even ms.green was laughing.
kobe looked embarrassed. "i gotchu after class."kobe said. "bitch try me."i said.
"okay, okay, okay. every open your textbooks to chapter 5, were gonna pick up where we left off."
i put my backpack on top of my desk to get my book when mike pushed it off.
people started laughing again.
"pick my shit up."i said. "nahh im good."he said. i got up and pushed his books off his desk. he stood up and looked me in my eye. "nahh fam, you got the game messed up, pick my shit up."he demanded.
"nigga get your short ass out my face. you aint gon do shit to me. yall had all the time to do it back in middle school and 9th and 10th grade. i let yall pick me around and shit. that was the old y/n. this is the new y/n and im on a whole nother level hoe, so try me bitch."i said.
ms.green pushed us away from each other. "sit down because yall both aint gonna do nun."she said.
i rolled my eyes and sat down.
i felt someone's eyes on me and when i looked it was derek and we made eye contact. I broke it immediately. idk why i cant get out the stage of liking him.

i met up with the girls at lunch and we sat at our usual table. "so how was your day."dior asked me. "shitty. them fucking boys kept getting on my nerves. "i stated.
"ignore them as a bad bitch should."malaysia said.
"i try. but they get on my nerves so bad."i said. "speaking of them, they coming over rn."dior said.
