PART 36

Y/N and Hawk walked back into the school from the dojo and made their way to the next class. They were in their last class of the day.

Y/N: *walking in the hallway* How late do you think we are?

Hawk: If I had to guess, I'd say only about 10-15 minutes late.

Y/N: Alright, well that's not that bad.

Hawk: Yeah. Well, guess I'll see you after school.

Y/N: Oh, actually I got a quick schedule change. I have your seventh period now.

Hawk: Oh wait really? Nice!

Y/N: Yeah. *smiles*

Hawk: Well now, you also have seventh period with Demetri and Miguel.

Y/N: Right.

Hawk: Well I don't know what's gonna be worse, walking in late, or walking in together.

Y/N: Guess we'll find out.

Y/N and Hawk walk into the class and looked at the teacher and the class then each other

Mrs. Bellamy: You two are late. *looks at Y/N* And are you new?

Y/N: Basically. I got a schedule change into your class. But I am new. I've been here almost two weeks.

Mrs. Bellamy: Well, welcome to my class. I hope you're liking California so far. Now, why are you both late?

Y/N: *looks at Hawk* um..

Hawk: *looks at Y/N then Mrs. Bellamy* We, uh, had to go to the dojo. Sensei wanted us for something.

Mrs. Bellamy: Oh, alright. Take your seats, please.

Miguel: *looked at Demetri, a little confused*

Demetri: *shook his head, crossing his arms and leaned back in his chair*

Hawk: Come on, lets sit over here.

There were only two available seats left. Two separate ones at the opposite sides of the room, or an empty table across from Demetri and Miguel. Hawk decided to take that one.

Miguel: *watches them then looks at Demetri* I'll be right back.

Demetri: Okay. *looks at Y/N and Hawk*

Miguel: *gets up and goes to Hawk and Y/N's table, kneeling next to it* Hey guys.

Hawk: Hey.

Miguel: So, what thing did sensei have for you today?

Y/N: There wasn't actually a thing.

Miguel: I figured. So where did you guys run off to?

Hawk: Well we did actually go to the dojo. We just hung out there.

Miguel: Oh, alright. *gets up to leave*

Y/N: Hey, *looks at Miguel* How's Demetri doing?
