Jeonghan furrows his brows out of confusion. He's confused on why Eunbi is suddenly flooding him with chats right now. 

 Eunbi is his stepsister.

Jeonghan actually hated the fact that his mom was once again married. He just wants a simple life with him and his mom alone. After what they have suffered when his father was still alive.

 His father was abusive and manipulative. What his father wants is what his father gets. His father forcefully married his mom so that he could have control over the wealth his mom inherited. 

So when his father died from a car accident, he thought that they are at last free. But after 2 years, his mom announces that she's getting married, again. He doesn't want his mom to marry someone else again, afraid that his mom would have to go through the same experience again. But opposite from his worries, his mom is very happy right now. 

That's why even though he hated this marriage at first, he can't and never would he hate his Tito Suho and Eunbi. His Tito Suho had always been kind to him after his mom introduced them to each other. It has already been a year since the marriage between mom and his Tito Suho had happened. And he could see how his Tito Suho loves his mom. 

 And as with Eunbi, they're quite close. Close enough that other people would actually believe that they are actual siblings. Eunbi isn't hard to be closed with. After the marriage, Eunbi was the one who talked to him first. He could still remember that moment. 

He was actually awkward at first, both to his Tito Suho and Eunbi. But Eunbi would always be the one to initiate a conversation and would even hang out with him and with his mom. Eunbi is cheerful, talkative and she gives off this comfortable aura that's why he grew fond of her and he started treating her as his real younger sister from then on.
