after taking a few orders from the customers you had a lunch break with akaashi and went to a garden to enjoy your meals together.
"oh yeah, keiji" you called while eating your breakfast sandwich. "hmm" akaashi hummed glancing over at you.
"my friends are gonna pop in at work today soooo don't embarrass me !" you said as he was probably already plotting some embarrassing plan.
"y/n, when have i ever embarrassed you ? okay besides that time when i pushed you in the lake" he began to giggle making you giggle with him.
"HEY ! you said you wouldn't bring it up again" you giggled more. "just don't embarrass me toooo much okay ?"
"yes m'lady, i promise i won't" akaashi said taking your hand and leaning in to kiss it until you swatted his hand away leaving him and his croissant on the floor.
you took this opportunity to run away so that he wouldn't catch you, though, you weren't exactly usain bolt.
you made it back to the cafe and started taking more customer's orders.
a few moments later you heard a group of customers burst into the cafe with a huge amount of noise.
"Y/N !" one called, you noticed the familiar voice and your head shot up. "TOKA" you said running towards her to engulf her into a hug.
it's not that you haven't seen her in awhile but you just missed her so much.
hugging yachi, you opened your eyes and saw a very familiar redhead. you let go of yachi and rushed towards the redhead and hugged him.
it was a very comfy hug due to you being shorter than him. "hey y/n !" hinata said with a lot of enthusiasm as if he was excited to see you.
it made you very happy knowing that your friends are always there to cheer you up and just uplift your spirits even when they don't realize it :)
upon seeing hinata and yachi, you noticed two other third years with them whom you've never seen before.
one had greenish hair and looked about almost the same height as you, he was standing next to a much taller dude with blonde hair and glasses.
the one with the greenish hair caught your attention though but what really sparked your interest was his ears. he had piercings but no earring in his ears at the moment.
he was so... pretty. you found yourself staring at him for a few moments before yachi took your hand and walked you to the ordering counter.
"i was just staring at that one dude wasn't i ?" you said to her softly so that the others didn't hear.
"tadashi ? yeah you were. he's cute hey ?" she asked lowly smirking at you.
"yeah..." you said in a daze while yachi shook your hand to wake up up. "anyways, the orders shall we ?" you said while everyone stood in line.
yachi ordered for everyone and you gladly took their orders. just then akaashi ran into the cafe out of breath. you merely chuckled at you friend and issued for him to get the group of friends a seat.
he complied with a sigh and got your friends a seat by the window. akaashi then walked over to you, still out of breath.
"hey, if i knew you were that slow i wouldn't of ran so fast" you said giggling at him. "do i look like the damn flash y/n ?" he said trying to sound serious but failed upon seeing your giggling state.
what caught your attention was akaashi's cheeks. he has a slight blush evident on his face.
it was cute.
while you were taking your friends' orders, they were in their own little world. talking about random things and giggling in the corner seat by the window.
you quickly finished their orders and brought it over to them with a smile. "keiji... can i ?" you said to him with a smile on you face. "sure babe, i don't mind" he said smirking at you and then winking.
"this bitch" you thought.
you sat yourself down next to hinata facing the greenish haired male. you looked down not knowing where to look.
just as you were about to steal of your best friend's food, yachi called a 'meeting' in the restroom.
"foodblocker" you said sticking your tongue out at her whilst getting out of your seat.
the two of you made your way to the restroom where yachi sat on the counter facing you with a confused look.
"okay but what was that just now ?" yachi asked with a hint of jealousy.
"keiji ? oh he's just my friend"

also,, i don't think i have exams anymore due to my country going into lockdown level 4. YA'LL STAY SAFE THO 🤣‼️🙏
my dad's rly sick so i'm taking care of him for the week :(
