Chapter 9: Meeting him again

Third person POV

When the three of you got outside the university, you took a deep breath and started explaining her the real reason why you're here.

When y/n finished explaining her the situation, she said "You look so beautiful Katherine" y/n looks at the girl while holding her hands

Katherine blush at your actions, she can't believe that one of the most beautiful actress in Hollywood would ever praise her "t-thank you m-ma'am"

Chris, on the other hand is busy  admiring y/n.'My precious y/n' he thought.
But then suddenly you caught him staring at you which made the both of you blush.

"If you two wanted to talk, you can talk inside the car" Chris offers

"Ah yes, let's go?" You smile at her and she nodded her head. When you all got in the car you decided to seat next to her at the backseat.

"Katherine, I know this may sound weird but I really need your help, can you tell me where you and your father live?" You ask her with hope in your heart

"O-of course, uhmm it's the last house that you'll see before heading to the oldest forest in town, it's a ten minutes walk from here" she simply says, when she realised that you all are not walking she added shyly "Five minutes of driving if we're driving"

You smiled at her shy personality, you saw your young self at her, a simple girl who had a good heart. She is the kind of a nerdy girl, just like you before, but you can see that there is this special talent she has that she's afraid to show "you're father loved going to forests" you said while looking at the road. Chris starts the engine and starts driving.

"Yeah he does, he loves to read books either. One time he told me that he used to be your professor but I didn't believe him" you chuckled at her words, she's just as adorable as you are when you were young.

"Well, now you know it's true"

"I just can't believe it. My two favourite actors where inside a car with me" she look so happy

Chris totally loves seeing you chuckle "you two look like sisters" he said 'but y/n is more beautiful' he thought again.

Several minutes later Katherine saw thier house "we're here" she said as you all hop to get out of the car

You were amazed at the house, it is not so big but not so small either, a whole family can fit in here. You looked around admiring the beautiful trees surrounding the house, big healthy green trees. You always dreamed of having a life surrounding by trees or living beside the shore, you find it relaxing and peaceful, as the three of you were walking towards the house you saw a tall man with long legs got out from inside the house, when he saw you, his face suddenly lit up, it's like he found a lost thing that always makes him happy.

"MR SMITH!" you shout his name as the two of you hugged each other.

"Oh berry, you're here" he cried in your arms, afraid of pulling away, but manage to

"Yes, and I'm never going to leave again" you wiped his tears and he smile at you and then turn his head towards Katherine then pulling her in for a hug

"I win" he chuckles

Katherine laughs and remembered the day they both made a bet that if Charles is really saying the truth Katherine have to show her talent in sketching infront of her class, and if Katherine wins Charles have to treat her a pizza every day for one month.
"Yes dad you win" she laughs

Charles pull away from thier hug and saw Chris, Chris walks towards the tall man and shakes his hands "it's really nice meeting you Mr Smith"

Charles shake hands with the guy "it is nice meeting you too Captain America" he smile which make them all laugh "Well we need to get inside, it's snowing here" he offers as they all made they're way inside the beautiful house of Smith.
