Have you ever looked up into the sky and saw the beautiful shaped clouds wishing you could grab them. How soft they would feel in your soft hands. How they would disappear as you scrunched your hands together. Grey always thought about it every-time she was riding home from work. The sky was so beautiful to her. Especially the moon. She loved the moon ,and it shunned so pretty in the night sky. If anything she wanted to watch the full moon all night long . It was her one distraction from everything going on. Her parents fighting ,her siblings being cruel and rude , and her numb cruel thoughts causing her anxiety at night. She couldn't help but worry all day and night ,always paranoid and scared.
It was already 9pm. She had work at 10am so she decided to get ready for bed . She brushed her teeth, took a warmed shower that usually lasted more than 40 minutes and got into her pjs . She got comfortable in bed and started at the ceiling. Grey was only 16 but she still wished she had someone with her . She was so touch starved and just wanted someone to hug her . Every night she thought about how one day she will meet someone who would love her and feel in the hole in her heart her parents

"Hmm one day I hope" she whispered to herself and continued to fall asleep snuggling her teddy bear.
"LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE" someone shouted . Grey quickly waking up from loud yelling . She looked at her alarm closing seeing that it's 3 am.
"THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!! grey heard right outside her door. Her parents room was right across Hers. She creeped up to the door and peeked out just a little. What she saw was nothing she hasn't seen. Her parents pushing each other and yelling.
Grey stepped back and walked slowly back to her bed . She put her earphones in and played music to out do all of the yelling. She laid down and remembered the times when her mom used to call her sunflower and took her out for ice-cream. It was something she wanted so badly. As years ran down her cheek she drifted off to sleep ready for what's waiting for her in the morning
