"Enzo, I feel like my team needs to add another member. With more death threats coming in, we need more." I said.
"What do you suggest?" Enzo asked.
"I want you to be a part of the interview process. I was think 18 years old, to keep it young for Bay. Most of our team is highly skilled with guns. Damon is better with knives, but we don't have a close hand to hand specialist."
"I agree. He also needs to be patient and observant, Your team has done with helping Bay and I don't want that ruined."
"I have a few candidates I'd like you to look at for the position, before we bring people in for interviews."
A few hours later
"I like these 2." Enzo said.
"Ok I'll set up the interviews.
✨The next day ✨
Liam and Theo, coming in for interviews today.
Liam's went horrible.
He was great until he found out about what we do for Bay.
He turned out to be an Asshole.
Theo just sat down with me.
Enzo will be in at the last part of the interview.
"Hello Theo. I see your training is quite extensive. Tell me about what you can bring to the team?"
"Yes. I have never worked with a set group of people before, but I am for sure a team player. I can take hits, just like I can dish them out."
"That's a good quality. There are plenty people who can throw a punch, but not everyone can take one."
After about 15 more minutes of questions, I bring in Enzo.
told him I approve thus far, I just need to give specifics about Bay.
"Hello Mr. Romano, my name is Theo." He greeted with a smile.
This kid is winning.
"Please call me Enzo. I wanted to tell you more about the job."
"Great thank you."
"I have security for my house, but Xander's team is specifically for my daughter. She's pretty traumatized from when she was with her mother, so patience is a must for this job. She's also deaf, which on your application says you're almost fluent in ASL?"
"Yes sir, that's correct. I will say I have a harder time knowing what someone is signing rather than me signing, but it is something I am actively working on."
"That's perfectly fine. Some of the other team members aren't perfect either." I told him.
"This team has took on more than I originally expected. They help her with nightmares so night shifts, which you can get tips from Ezra, he's the best at it. They help bring her out of her shell. They're friendly and I hope some of them even count themselves as friends. She doesn't let most people touch her. She's been in a bad spot this week, so tread carefully. And the only other thing I can think of is that if her dog doesn't like you neither will she."
"Oh Ok..I got it." He said.
"If you'd like I can introduce you to her. She's with Ezra, Damon, and Drew right now."
"Sounds great."
We walked down to see them.
Bay was having a hard day today too, so I wanted to keep things short with her meeting him today.
Bay was sitting to the fireplace not responding to anyone.
Theo (18): He's the kind of guy to stand up for people who can't stand up for themselves. He's great at cooking. Bay isn't too sure of him at first.

A/N- Someone suggested that I make them childhood friends and I wrote that into a few chapters because I really liked that idea, but I couldn't figure it out, so for now at least he'll just be a new bodyguard.
