*TIMESKIP - A WEEK LATER*
A week had passed. It was the most peaceful week you had for a while since you "managed" and were "trained" by TWICE. Though the loss of your grandparents was still tormenting you throughout your sleepless nights, you eventually got the hang of it and started to accept the fact that they're gone.
"But I will never accept nor forgive the fact that they made this happen," You thought. To be frank, it is surely atrocious to blame someone for someone else's death, but you felt that they made this happen. You left your hefty thoughts behind as you try to be optimistic about what's gonna happen later on.
Currently, you were alone in the room waiting for the doctor's announcement of your discharge from the hospital. You were clueless as to what you will do now that you are alone.
You promised your family that you will never gonna ruin your life just because of the unfortunate events that were bound to happen to us. Hence, the philosophy of Stoicism. You promised that one day, you will live as the man who will never be moved and live as a decent man you have never attained when you were younger. This was the promise that you kept saying to yourself every day, but couldn't seem to take action upon it.
And that day seems to be the stepping stone of that life path.

Your thoughts were cut off when you heard the doorknob squeaking. As expected, it was the doctor who came in.
"Uh... hello, Park Eun-suk, am I correct?" He scans the clipboard as you nod.
"Looks like your bruises and wounds have healed. You are probably good now to be discharged, is that okay for you?" The doctor asks one last time before he handed a waiver to you to sign. It indicated the time of your discharge.
"Oh, right..." You looked curiously at the doctor, who was about to say something to you.
"Was the person who paid for the expenses your relative?" The doctor asks out of curiosity. You were baffled by the question.
"Huh? Why? Didn't my company pay for the expenses?" You asked back. He was scratching his neck as he looked back at the clipboard and voluntarily gave it to you.
"Do you know who she is?" He asks once more as your eyes widen and your heart skipped a beat or two. You couldn't believe your eyes.
"WHAT- WHY THE HECK-" You scoff and shook your head. What the fuck did she just do!?
"C-Ch-Chou... Tzuyu- C-can you kindly recheck this because it might be a typo or something..." You gave the clipboard back to the doctor as you immediately got your phone.
ITZY'S POV
Itzy's currently on a break. They had just finished their dance practice for their new comeback.
Yeji was currently alone in the room eating her sandwich when she heard Ryujin's phone ringing at the side of the bench.
She got to take a good peek to see who it was. When she saw your name in the contact ID, she immediately took the phone and answered the call.
"Hello?" Yeji answered first before you even answer.
"Oh? Yeji-noona?" You said on the other end.
"Ah, yeah... what's up? Are you discharged from the hospital?" She asks.
"Sir, I think it's not a typo..." Yeji heard the doctor talking with you from the other line. You hissed and cursed silently as you thanked the doctor for the confirmation.
