My life is far from easy , I've been in foster care ever since my mom died 6 years ago . I've never known my dad & the rest of my family didn't want anything to do with 3 " bad ass kids "
My foster mom is evil woman , she's really just in it for the money , so I've been taking care of my little sister & brother since I was 10 I'm just glad we didn't get separated .
" Denver make sure to wash those dishes before you go to bed " my foster mom said
" Alright .. as if anyone else where going to do it " I mumbled rolling my eyes
" What did you say ? " she said mugging me
" Nothing I said alright " I said playing it off
" Don't try & get disrespectful with me I'll drop you & them other ones back into the system "
I stood against the counter not saying anything yet it took everything in my power to not go off on her
" Now I'm going out don't wait up for me " she said grabbing her purse & keys leaving I sighed & started to clean the dishes , I reminded myself just 1 year 9 months & 14 days so I could keep my cool
She threatens to put us back into the system bc she knows if she does me & my siblings would get separated , but I know she's never going to actually do it she wants the money to much
But I keep a smile just to be safe , I don't want anything happening to my siblings they're all I got .
I finished cleaning up the dishes & wiped the counters down , I finally went into my room so I could gts , I have to get myself & my siblings up for school in the morning
Since they were already asleep the rest if the night went smoothly for me
I listened to Giveon as I drifted off to sleep .
