Tori's pov

Before I can process anything me and my mother are in the car driving away. We use to live in Nottingham but now my mum was driving the car away to Brighton.

"Where are we going mum?" I asked as I watched the cars pass by

"To your grandparents" My mum said eyes on the road

"I haven't seen Meemaw and Peepaw in ten years!" I said excitedly

"Yeah! I'm sure they will be happy to see you" My mum smiled excitedly too

When they get to Tori's grandparents house

"Tori my granddaughter! How are you sweetie?" My meemaw hugged me

"Hey meemaw, I'm doing good" I hugged her back

"Wonderful! Come in! Why are you here?" She asked breaking the hug and letting me in

"Um.. I have something to tell you" I nervously said

"Oh ok! What is it?" My meemaw was probably expecting something else then what I was going to tell her. Frowning slightly I responded

"I got to tell you and peepaw"

"Ok. Where is your parents?" She asked

"My mum is coming" I told her

"Ok" She answered simple

At that time Tori's mother showed up

"Hello mama" My mum said hugging my meemaw

"Hello my dear, come in" My meemaw hugged my mum bringing her in

Inside

"Hello dear" My peepaw said hugging my mum

"Hi papa" Mum smiled hugging peepaw

"Hello my dear Tori" He said looking at me

"Hi peepaw" I smiled

I started to get super nervous

"I have to tell you something" I say nervously

"Ok dear, what's wrong?" Meemaw asked

"Um.." I looked to my mom

She nodded at me with a smile of courage

"I'm trans.. I want to be a boy" I look down nervously

"Ok dear"

"You don't mind?" I asked

"No, we support you no matter what" Meemaw smiled

I started crying tears of happiness

"Don't cry" Meemaw and Peepaw hugged me

"Do your parents support you" My peepaw asked breaking the hug

"Dad doesn't but mum does" I smiled at her and she hugged me from behind

"Good to know"

I smiled I had a family that loved me and supported me. Maybe it wasn't going to be that bad
