You and Corpse met a few years before he blew up, the two of you growing quite close, now being roommates and the absolute best of friends. Although many people see Corpse to be quite intimidating and dark I guess, once you get to know him he's one of the sweetest, most caring, protective people you'll ever met.

I lay in bed scrolling through twitter, not tired just bored. My bedroom pretty dark, the only light being from the faint moonlight glistening in through the gap in the curtains and the dim light my phone screen is projecting.

Although his messages were always short and didn't make much sense half the time you always knew what he meant and what he was asking. I let out a light chuckle, despite being in the next room he messages me.

The phone light dims before going black as it automatically shuts itself off, now forcing me to make my way out of bed. I get up and walk across the room before reaching my closet and just putting a oversized hoodie on over what I already had on and messing with my hair a little. I look in the mirror letting out a slight hum of somewhat satisfaction and shrugging.

The PC screen now being the little light in the room, opening the apps and tabs I needed open for streaming whilst keeping my privacy private. An invite into a chatroom with the following; Corpse, Valkyrae, Toast, BBH, Sapnap, Dream, Pokimane, Quackity and Sykkuno being the newest notification.

Before accepting it greeting the already 100,000+ people that are watching the starting soon screen on the stream after only being live for about 5 minutes. "Hi guys, sorry it's a late one" you pause for a minute before changing the screen to show your facecam, "How's everyone doing?" I smile into the camera before looking to my other screen to see the chat.

The chat now filled with everyone explaining how their day was or is going, "Ok well I'm glad most of you are doing good. To the few that aren't I'm sorry I hope I can cheer you up"

I finally accept the discord invite going into everyone talking over each other whilst others laugh, "I'm here, sorry it took a little while".

"Hello Y/N how's your night going" Sapnap asked, whilst a few of the others seem to talk over each other in the background.

"Hi Sapnap, my nights been great thank you what about your morning how's it going?" I ask knowing the 3 hour difference would make it extremely early for him. Sapnap was always really sweet.

I've only really started speaking to him about a month ago but even before then he would always say nice things about me when I was mentioned or I'd occasionally see him in the chat of my streams.

"My morning has been pretty good so far" he responded with a light chuckle.

"Oh everyone's here?" Toast asked almost as if he didn't hear me and Sapnap talking just now. Everyone in discord said their hello's. "Y/N, are you ready to start?"

"Yeah I'm good if everyone else is?"

Everyone hummed in agreement, before Toast began the countdown and you all headed into the first game. Crewmate popped up onto the screen causing a little disappointment to wash over my face. Everyone muted in the call.
